This 4BD/3BA residence exclusively occupies the western side of a peaceful cul-de-sac, adding to its tranquil ambiance. Two separate primary and secondary ensuite offer privacy and generous space to thoroughly enjoy the private saltwater pool and spa, providing limitless hours of entertainment.
WHERE YOU’LL SLEEP
8 Guests Max / 4 Bedrooms / 3 Bathrooms
PRIMARY SUITE - King bed, 55" Samsung SmartTV, slider that leads directly to backyard with blackout shades. Enjoy the natural light and ample room to get ready in with a 120" vanity, double sinks, full-length wardrobe mirrors, and closet. 24x24 Marble tile bathroom floor with an oversized shower, freestanding soaking tub, adjustable back-lit LED mirrors, and separate lavatory.
SECONDARY ENSUITE - King bed, 55'’ Samsung SmartTV, full-length wardrobe mirrors, blackout shades and closet. The attached private bathroom features marble tile floor, Delta fixtures including a handheld, penny marble shower tile, and adjustable back-lit LED mirror.
BEDROOM 3 - King bed, blackout shades, window bench, closet for storage
BEDROOM 4 - Queen bed, blackout shades, closet for storage
GUEST BATHROOM - Frameless glass shower, 36" vanity, hooks for robes/clothing

- There is no gate around the pool/spa. Please keep a watchful eye!
- Teak seating area for (6) under the shaded awning and outside 65" Samsung SmartTV
- 2 plush chaise loungers and shared table
- 4 polywood sun loungers and (2) side tables
- Pool towels and floats provided
- Propane fire pit and (4) Adirondack chairs for seating
- Lots of areas to find a good corner to hang
- Complimentary spa heating is set to a max temp of 101. Pool heating is available for an addtl daily fee. See below for more details.

-Kitchen: all brand new kitchen with Thor Appliances. 6 burner stove and single oven, French door fridge, quiet dishwasher, pull out drawer microwave. Oversized waterfall island with quartz countertops. Island seating for (4) and modern overhead dimmable pendants.
-Coffee bar: Coffee pods, teas, and sugars are complimentary. Coffee maker can also make traditional full pots of coffee.
-Living room includes a 65" Samsung SmartTV with Sonos sound bar, a nook to enjoy the cozy morning sun and view, a gas fireplace with gold glass for a modern vibe
-Dining area has seating for (6) at an oak table with modern chairs, placemats and linen napkins
HIGH-SPEED INTERNET, TV and AC:
-Internet: Blazing-fast 500Mbps fiber-optic internet, ideal for camera quality Zoom calls while working away from home
-Desk workstation
-TVs: Samsung 65" Smart TV in living room. All bedrooms equipped with Samsung 55" SmartTVs. Easy sign-in to any other of your private apps
-AC/Heat: Control AC and heat with wall mounted Nest thermostat
-(2) Wireless chargers for iPhone and iWatch and numerous USB 2.0 and USB C receptacles throughout the house
LAUNDRY + CLEANING:
-Brand new Whirlpool washer and Whirlpool dryer
-Laundry detergent, stain treatment, and dryer sheets provided
-General household cleaning supplies, LG cordless vacuum, broom, electric blower, Swiffer, and spill rags provided (we’re OCD so we understand wanting a clean house all the time!)
Guests have access to the entire property minus the garage. Feel free to enjoy inside and all throughout the backyard, fire pit, pool and spa.

-Cameras: For your safety and safety of others we have 4 exterior cameras: (1) front door, (1) driveway, (1) front yard, and (1) backyard (recordings remain private and may be used for liability reasons and/or to monitor occupancy and other policies).
-Parking: Driveway can accommodate 3-4 vehicles, depending upon size. No street parking. No overnight street parking.
-Maintenance: landscaper on Thursdays. Pool maintenance Tuesday and Friday
-Safety: fire extinguisher under sink, hard wired carbon monoxide and smoke alarms, first aid kit
-Pool heating requests must be made 72 hours in advance of check-in. Pool heating is $94 addtl fee per day. Max pool temp is 85. Spa and Pool cannot be heated simultaneously. (Please note when booking. Fees must be paid prior to check-in. Payments handled via third party)
HOUSE RULES:
-NO pets or animals. We are NOT an animal friendly house.
-No smoking, vaping, ecigarettes or other
-No large gatherings. No parties.
-No confetti, glitter, rose petals, or taping things to the walls.
-Have a good time, please treat our home as you would treat your own.
PERMIT DETAILS & CITY ORDINANCES:
We don’t make the laws, but we follow them.
-Max occupancy: 8 Guests
-Minimum renter age 25. Renter on booking must be staying at property and signs an additional contract outside of VRBO.
-No parties, no large gatherings
-Strict city quiet hours are: 10pm - 7am
-Indian Wells requires a 13.25% Transient Occupancy Tax. This will be added at checkout, separate from cleaning and service fee.
