Parken zu Fuß erreichbar, Klimaanlage in allen Zimmern, 5 Parkplätze, Innen-Whirlpool, Außen-Whirlpool (derzeit außer Betrieb), Außenpool, Grill, riesiger Hinterhof, riesige Sitzbereiche im Freien, Küche und das Haus ist komplett möbliert. Das Haus hat ein erstaunlich geräumiges Gefühl und große Energie.

Great location to universal Studios and everything that Hollywood has to offer plus very close to Six Flags magic mountain. Home was just as described in the listing, recently renovated very clean and everything that you would need. The host were great to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for our stay
Liat was very easy to communicate with. The pool was a plus. Sitting outside with morning coffee and watching hummingbirds and dragonflies was so relaxing. Bathroom and kitchen appliances were old but completely clean. Beds were comfortable.

Beautiful home!
My family and I stayed at this beautiful home during our trip to Universal Studios. The home was perfect for the 6 of us with room to spare! Loved having a cute yard, pool, and spa to go with it. Very clean and our host was quick to repond with any questions we had. Located just a few minutes away from Universal in a quaint neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again!

Great LA Base Location!
Our host communications were excellent from start to finish. Liat was very welcoming with an offer for my sister-in-law and husband arriving via a road trip, to come a night early — which they didn’t do. She also offered us to check out later than the published time — which we did by an hour. It was really helpful and thoughtful. Liat provided great information on sites not to miss like the Fryman Canyon Trail, the Getty Museum, the Hollywood Lake Trail and more. It was all great. There is a nice small park at the end of the street where the house is located. This park was very pleasant for quick little exercise walks. The house was large and pleasant for a few meals in, and it was well located to a lot of restaurants and take-out foods. It was too chilly for the pool during this visit even though my husband swam three laps in it. The hot tub was quite nice to have on two of the afternoons. The backyard, beyond the pool, has a lovely, large lemon tree. It was mesmerizing. The grounds are well taken care of as are most of the landscapes in the neighborhood. At the end of the day, this house provided a quiet place to get good sleep for the next vacation adventure. Thank you very much!

Perfect home base for our trip
We had an outstanding stay here! Check-in was seamless, keyless entry, hosts were very responsive and gave us a TON of information on the area about parks, food, walking trails, it was very nice and incredibly helpful! The house was very clean, the beds and towels all smelled great. There were plenty of beds (with extras to spare) for our party of 6 and they were all super comfy and had huge soft pillows. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and the indoor living space was very open with a ton of seating. The outdoor space was nice and open, with a grassy area for you younglings to play in. The pool was awesome and the kids were in it every day of our trip. We used the hot tub almost every night as well, it was very relaxing. Overall we had an excellent stay and would absolutely stay here again!

This is a lovely property in a great location. The pool and hot tub are fabulous and the house was very well stocked with food items and toiletries. We’re from the Deep South, so the AC temp was a little higher than we prefer, but that wasn’t a big deal.

Truth be told, we were a little disappointed with the house. When we checked in after 3:00, the cleaning lady was still there doing laundry. She had towels drying and another load in the washer. We told her we would finish the laundry, since it was so late. The husband was also there patching up a leak from the ceiling and wall in the living room. It had been raining, and the ceiling was leaking. By the time we left three days later, there was eager running down the wall and across the floor in the living room. In all fairness, the house was quite large, but all the mattresses were very uncomfortable. We had never rented a house before in LA, but compared to what we’ve rented before for the same price in Las Vegas, this was nowhere close.

The kids loved the pool and yard
Liat was a great host, very kind and good communication. It was in a good location and we made the best of the time we had there. The pool and hot tub were nice and the kids had a good time swimming. We did have some issues which Liat tried her best to resolve however it did affect the overall experience for us. The fridge had issues where the temperature did not get cold enough. The ice cream we bought for the kids turned into soup after a couple hours and some of our food ended up spoiling because of this. The gas grill was not usable however they did have a small charcoal grill in the storage that we used instead. One of the TV's did not work properly, she did offer to replace but we decided to leave it alone. The major issue we had was that the place is in need of a good deep cleaning rather than a wipe down between guests. From the looks of the place this hadn't been done in awhile. For the price I was expecting things to be spotless with all the amenities mentioned.

It's NEWLY REMODELED, so everything is pretty much brand-new.
It has a big and private backyard with a large swimming pool.
The location is fantastic! just minutes from Universal Studios, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Downtown L.A., Griffith Park, Venice Beach, the famous Hollywood sign, and much more.
Our street is small and quiet. Driveway parking for up to 5 cars.
We raised our 4 children with love there so it's full of Good-Vibes!
