Emerald Grande is the premier resort located in the heart of the Destin Harbor with amazing amenities and a location that can’t be beat! Unit 309 is a large 3bed/3 bath condo located in the East tower that has two Master Suites, perfect for families, couples traveling together or friend get-aways. This condo is easy to find in a very large complex since it is close to the East elevators, however you cannot hear the elevators in the condo.

-The Primary Master Suite has a King bed w/private balcony and a huge ensuite bathroom w/large corner soaking tub, separate marble shower and double vanity.
-The Secondary Master Suite has a King bed, access to main balcony, ensuite bath complete w/marble walk in shower and double vanity.
-The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed, with separate access to the 3rd full bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Sound machines were recently added to the two master bedrooms for a restful night sleep.

Once you arrive at the Emerald Grande, with so many options within walking distance there really is no need to get back in a car until it is time to check out. Step outside on the HarborWalk Village to find waterfront shopping, popular Destin restaurants and bars, exciting activities, live entertainment, various rentals to include paddle boards, kayaks, boats, jet skis or book fishing charters, sunset dolphin cruises, and the ever-popular tiki boat cruise to Crab Island.

One of the amazing amenities offered is a free water taxi that runs every 30 minutes to take you to Emerald Grande’s private beach equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas and towels.

Perfect location for staying put
We booked this location so that we could park and not have to leave our entire trip. And this turned out to be a perfect location since we had rain the entirety of our trip so the location was perfect for still having lots to do within walking distance despite the rain.

Great rooms, comfortable beds! Hosts are very responsive and helpful! Had an issue with one of the toilets and it was fixed by the time we got back from the beach. Would definitely book again!

Beautiful property and location
This property was everything it was advertised to be! The check-in process went smoothly and they even have a Bell Hop to take your items to the unit. The unit was beautiful and very comfortable. It was more than enough space for my party. The communication with the owners was seamless and they were very accommodating. Emerald Grande Village is a great vacation community, especially to families with kids, and if absolutely return to this property again!

We had a blast in Destin! Everything from communication with the owners, resort staff and overall location was fantastic!! The condo was great!! It was very nice not having to get in your vehicle to go anywhere. Everything was within walking distance. We will definitely be back!!

The condo we stayed in was perfect. Everything was clean, comfortable and convenient. Beds were super comfy. We were right near elevators, trash, view of the water from our balconies. The ferry that takes you to the island was perfect. They provide towels, ride, chairs, umbrellas. Great restarants, shops and tons of entertainment. You don't need to drive anywhere! We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back very soon!

Everything about this condo was amazing! The views, the comfy beds, the great location! Could not have ask for more. We had 7 people and had plenty of room for everyone. Having two private baths and balconys off the bedrooms was a bonus! Dale was great to work with and very accommodating. Highly recommend this condo!

The room has been the best one we have stayed in at Emerald Grande. This is our third time staying here and we loved your room. Our girls loved the white noise machine in the rooms. The beds were very comfortable and there have been no issues with anything in the room. When we decide to come back to Destin we will definitely look to book this room again.

Best spot in Destin
The property, Emerald Grande, sits on the best spot in Destin. You can see Crab Island as well as the harbor. The Boardwalk is right below as well. Because of this, I give 5 stars. The condo was definitely nice too. Well kept and plenty of supplies. The only issue is being on the 3rd floor facing Coyote Ugly because you could hear the noise. There is a sound machine but you have to turn it up loud. For our stay, there was a terrible lacquer smell. I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt since the condo just sold. However, the rental price was well below market price and worth it.

Great room and location
The room was in a great location on the property. It was nice and quiet. Rooms were great sizes. Plenty of space for hanging out in the main living sections or alone time in your room. Was given an early check in which was great. And offered a late check out which was nice. Only issues were several lights were not working or needed lightbulbs. And the rooms could have been cleaner. It appears that only surface cleaning was done and not under or inside of things. I cleaned it myself. Could use more garbage bags and a couple of more laundry tabs. Other than these couple of things it was a nice stay.

We loved it so much we decided to buy a condo to share with our families and friends. We are excited to get to share it with other vacationers as well! We enjoy the fact that we are able to fly or drive to Destin and stay at the Emerald Grande without the need to get back in our car to drive anywhere if we don't want to. There are so many things to do within walking distance, which is something we always look for when booking a vacation. Each time we visit we find a new place to enjoy since there are so many options on the HarborWalk Village!
