Situated on a private walk up cul-de-sac within walking distance from The Club at Kukui’ula, Bungalow 1B allows guests to experience golf-view one-bedroom living. This 1,275 sq ft bungalow opens into a high-ceilinged kitchen and living area with couch and flat screen TV. The galley style kitchen features top of the line décor and appointments, from a Wolf range to a built-in Sub Zero refrigerator and counter seating for two. With ample natural lighting, the living area opens into the master bedroom with a king bed, large bathroom with double vanity, deep soaking tub, indoor shower and private outdoor lava rock shower. Outside, a covered lanai has a comfortable dining table, BBQ, firepit and relaxing seating area.
