A Classic New England style beach home. This beach Bungalow is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath beach home with just the right amount of beach charm & comfort! It is located right across the street from Salmon Creek. You can watch Great Blue Herons right outside of your living room window and let the sounds of frogs and the ocean waves lull you to sleep at night. It is an easy 5 minute walk to Salmon Creek Beach so the Pacific Ocean is practically in your backyard.  Watch sunsets at your leisure!
Others have to drive to get to the fabulous beach, you just need to step outside your front door!You're on beach time now! Take a deep breath and enjoy all the beauty that Bodega Bay has to offer.

- 6 person Maximum day or night - Septic Tank capacity 6 adults
- NO Parties, NO Large Gatherings
- Parking: 2 car maximum in front of house
- NO Pets
- Yard & Neighborhood is Wildlife Heavy - deer, foxes, birds, rabbits etc.
- Sonoma County Noise Ordinance enforced - 9PM - 9AM Quiet Hours
- No Smoking of any substance in the house.

***** MUST READ***** The Main heat source in the house is a Freestanding Wood Burning Stove in the entry area. You should be good at starting fires. There are portable heaters throughout the house, but if you get a great fire that should cover most of the house.
