New Granit und neue Schränke! Essbereich für acht. Das Wohnzimmer bietet eine komfortable Einrichtung, einen Flachbild-TV mit DVD-Player und Zugang zum Balkon. Das Schlafzimmer bietet ein Kingsize-Bett, privates Vollbad mit Garten Badewanne und begehbarer Dusche, TV mit Videorekorder und DVD und direkten Zugang zum Balkon. Erste Zimmer bietet 2 Einzelbetten Betten und einen TV und Aktien ein Vollbad mit der Halle. Das zweite Zimmer bietet ein Doppelbett und einen Fernseher und ein eigenes Badezimmer mit WC. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent location at but Unit 107 at 1140 Ocean Blvd needs a serious overhaul. Basics such as dishwasher, oven and dryer all suffer from age issues. Overall the unit is charming but these equipment shortcomings creat a less than satisfactory rental. Updating is mandatory if this is to become an asset to Island Realty.For our December stay the broken ( not to be used) elevator didn’t help. Having outlined the unit issues we still need to say that the island Realty maintenance staff were outstanding in their responses and help. Our rental representative was also helpful and understanding which we very much appreciate.We love this Isle of Palms location. We’ve appreciated our multiple rentals from Island Realty. Unfortunately this unit fell more than a bit short.

Three items that need to be addressed: 1. The shower drain in the front left bedroom doesn't drain ( it had issues last year too) 2. The dishwasher doesn't close well, and doesn't always clean the dishes ( same issues as last year) 3. The vacuum cleaner in the unit doesn't have good suction.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is in a great location. The unit is spacious and laid out nicely to accommodate guests and extra dinner visitors. The living room furniture is sturdy and comfortable. Sadly the unit is not otherwise in great shape. The twin beds and the queen bed are very uncomfortable. There was a hole in the wall of the island. The master bathtub was dirty. Numerous lightbulbs were burned out or missing. Every air conditioner vent had swollen and peeling sheet rock surrounding them and many were riddled with pink or black mold which caused a few of us to experience allergy symptoms. The master bedroom carpet was damp either from last minute cleaning or a flood situation. The dryer took several cycles to dry a small load of wash. For the amount of money we paid for a holiday weekend we are beyond disappointed and after many years of renting from Island Realty will likely shift to Air B and B next trip up.

A few of the appliances in the rental didn't work/work well and we had to call maintenance, as well as the shower not draining. That said, maintenance was great at being quick and efficient. The pool was pretty cloudy/dirty for about half of our stay, but the beach was amazing!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was great- right at the pool and close to the beach. Received prompt replies from the office. However, the air conditioning did not work in the master bedroom. We had to sleep with the door open, a box fan in the doorway and still could not sleep from lack of cool air. It was miserable. The maintenance worker was sent promptly but told us it was an issue with the ductwork. The ceiling around many of the vents looked patched and one of the vents was on the floor with blue duct tape when we arrived. Handle on the microwave was broken and there were a few stains on the carpets. Some of the glasses in the cabinet looked unclean. We had family living in Charleston who tried to come visit us and couldn't get into our area because the streets were closed. So, don't go on a busy weekend because they close the road off that goes to your condo! So, the location is great on one hand, but terrible on the other.
