Aloha ist das, worum es bei HULA HOUSE geht. Für N. SHORE Oahu ist jetzt ein Mindestaufenthalt von 30 Nächten in diesem Gebiet erforderlich. Wir haben unsere Preise gesenkt, um längere Aufenthalte erschwinglicher zu machen. Derzeit ist Hula langfristig bis März 2020 vermietet.

HULA ist sehr komfortabel und einladend mit einem offenen Design. Auch sehr sauber mit tollem Luftstrom. Viele Fenster und viel Licht. Es ist ein großes Studio mit zwei getrennten Räumen. Das Zimmer im Obergeschoss verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und im Erdgeschoss über eine Königin.

Das Hula House liegt ein paar Häuser vom Strand entfernt am Sunset Point. Diese schöne Vermietung umfasst 2 oder 3 Fahrräder, Internet, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein Vollbad, einen privaten Parkplatz, Kabel-TV, gekühltes Trinkwasser, Klimaanlage, Fahrräder, Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme für Sonne und Regen und vieles mehr. Dies ist Ihr bester Wert mit Klasse an der Nordküste.

Dieses Haus ist immer makellos, Fenster und alles. Wir bieten ein GROSSES, zweistöckiges, freistehendes Ferienhaus an. STUDIO PLUS. Dies ist ein zweistöckiges Häuschen mit einem König im schönen großen Raum im Obergeschoss, in dem eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein Wohnzimmer alle ein Raum sind. Auch im kleineren Treppenraum gibt es eine Königin neben dem Bad. Obergeschosszimmer mit hoher Gewölbedecke, verdunkelnden Lichtern und Verdunkelungsvorhängen, Klimaanlage, Fernseher und Bambusboden.  3 Gäste ist die max. Anzahl der Gäste für Hula House. Sie können 3 Fahrräder anfordern, wenn 3 Gäste im Hula House sind.

Es gibt einen Radweg, der mit den Fahrrädern befahren werden kann und der am Sunset Point beginnt. Es ist von Bäumen gesäumt und bietet einen wunderbaren Zugang zu kilometerlangen Stränden, Grillmöglichkeiten, Starbucks, Teds Bakery und vielem mehr bis zur Waimea Bay!

Dieses benutzerdefinierte freistehende Haus wurde von den Eigentümern entworfen und im Jahr 2003 gebaut. Das Hotel liegt vier Häuser vom Strand entfernt in der Sunset Point Nachbarschaft. Es sind 10 Häuser, die Sie zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad zum nächsten Zugang zum Strand erreichen müssen.

Jedes Detail wurde vom Eigentümer gedacht ... Individuell dimmbare Lichter, Bambusböden, eine bequeme Couch und ein bequemes Bett, Verdunkelungsvorhänge, hohe Decken, Klimaanlage, Buntglasfenster für Hula-Mädchen und individuelle Meerjungfrauenkacheln.

Das tropische Thema ist geschmackvoll und sehr gut gemacht. Belüftung und Komfort sind perfekt aufeinander abgestimmt. Absolut wunderschön mit vielen feinen Details. Kingsize-Bett im Obergeschoss und Queensize-Bett im Erdgeschoss mit zusätzlicher Doppelmatratze. Das Parken ist privat. Ein sehr kurzer Spaziergang zu vielen schönen Stränden und Surfspots in beide Richtungen.

Qualität, Komfort und Lage im Hula House sind gute Gründe, sich für das Hula House zu entscheiden ... Alle Bettwäsche aus 100% Baumwolle, Fahrräder, Liegestühle, Sonnenschirme, Boogie-Boards, Internet, viele Kanäle für Musik und Unterhaltung.

2 weeks in paradise
The location was perfect. Close to the beach and bike path. Bob was a very gracious host but not intrusive. The Hula House is a nice , modest, clean and convenient way to see all that the North Shore has to offer. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and we prepared a few meals and had everything we needed. As the other reviews may have mentioned , you do have to walk outside and down stairs to get to the bathroom, however we didn't mind because it gave us an extra chance to enjoy the stars at night and the beautiful outdoors. If you are wanting resort amenities this may not be for you, but if you like clean, comfortable, charming and close to the beauty of the north shore beaches at an affordable price, this is the absolute best!! We are counting down until we can visit and stay in the charming Hula House again. The bikes, beach towels, wake boards , cooler and even sun screen were an extra added bonus. Highly recommend this property.

Great Place at Sunset Beach
This place was great for our 24th anniversary trip to Oahu. We only utilized the upstairs apartment. It was nice to be elevated and get the ocean breezes at night. We didn't spend much time there during the day and never used the AC. This place is in a quite neighborhood at the end of a cup-d-sac. I don't recall hearing any roosters. It was a little strange having to outside and downstairs for the shower/bathroom but the stair area is pretty private so it's not that big of a deal. The owners live next door but we only interacted with them because we had questions about the area. They had beach gear and bikes ready for our use. It was nice to have a clothes washer and dryer located at the bottom of the stairs for our personal use. Great location just down the road from the famous Ted's bakery and the crazy Sunset Beach surf. You also get your own covered parking spot. Would we stay here again, YES.

Perfect Property on the North Shore
My wife and I stayed here for eight nights, and wish it were more. We want to thank our host and hostess for a wonderfully comfortable stay. The accommodations were as advertised. They were available for anything we needed, whether it be a great dinner spot or finding us a place to shower on our last day, so that we could take advantage of yet another beautiful day on the beach before heading home. Truly incredible. The Hula house is very close to the beach, Sharks Cove, Turtle Bay, Shrimp Trucks...... Terrific location along the North Shore. We send them lots of aloha. Dirty and tired
The house was not very clean. The bathroom is downstairs so you need to walk outside to get to it at night. The toaster did not work, the coffee pot was a melted mess, and the sheets smelled liked they had not been taken out of the dryer. You have to walk on the main highway to get to the beach. The bathroom was moldy.

Fabulous Get Away on the North Shore
My husband and I traveled to Oahu for our babymoon and had a fabulous time. Joy and Bob were incredibly accommodating - an absolute pleasure to be around. The hula house met our needs for cooking at home and relaxing.

You will not get better than this!
My wife and i celebrated our thirty third wedding anniversary by making first ever trip to Oahu from our home in NZ We stayed for a week on the North Shore at the Hula House and were blown away by the beauty and peacefulness that is so definitive of this spot. We were rocked to sleep with the sound of the surf and gentle winds through the windows left open (no bugs or mosqitoes!) The Hosts were superb.So friendly and accommodating with very prompt communication and helpful in getting us through the preliminary arrangements.We were looked after as if we were royalty. I was super blessed to get a really great week of surf at Sunset Point and the host (great surfer and very humble guy) even helped me with local knowledge on the break and heaps of hints in negotiating one of the worlds most awesome surf breaks . We loved riding the bikes every day, swimming at all the sheltered spots close by, drinking Kona coffee (yummmm!) and having the most relaxed and soul restoring holiday ever! We would love to come back next year and bring our whole family.

Loved It!
My husband and I had a wonderful stay. I was worried about sleeping upstairs and the bathroom being downstairs, but it wasn't a problem and was nice to have the extra space downstairs. Perfect Stay
We had the perfect stay at Hula House. We could not have been happier with the location. So clean and nice perfect upstairs apartment with beautiful breezes throughout. Great Stay!
We had such a wonderful stay during our time at the Hula House. We were a group of 3 and there was plenty of room and comfortable accommodations for all of us. The beds are very comfortable and the location is perfect! We had lots of fun riding bikes around, and we were sad to have to leave. We hope to be back!!! Thank you very much!

nice, clean, reasonably priced little rental house with many amenities, including bikes, snorkel gear, boogie boards, towels, cooking utensils, cable tv. a very short walk to sunset beach and ted's bakery, short drives to polynesian cultural center, waimea bay and valley, hali'ewa town and boat harbor, dole plantation, bonzai pipeline, turtle bay, grocery store. super nice owners (who happen to be serious surfers, not wannabes). a quiet safe area, off street parking. we really enjoyed it. thanks!!!

Hula House getaway
Our host was in contact from our first email here. They were very friendly and concise with detailled instructions on how to get there and how everything runs. Check in was smooth. They showed us what we needed and got out of our hair. They even provided us with a travel crib for our 9-month old son, Otis. You don't get much more accommodating than that. The location is awesome. Walking distance to Ted's Bakery and their famous Chocolate Haiupa (?) pie (I preferred their Dobash) and Sunset Beach, it can only be described as a real Aloha-get-away. What any first-timers should know about North Shore... THere isn't much out there. It's about surfing, hanging out and turning off. Seriously, if you want to go party and dance and have lots of fun, you might want to consider somewhere else. This has nothing to to with Hula House. Here, you can really wind down and relax with nothing on your mind except sun, surf and maybe some grilled shrimp or an Ahi sandwich. Another thing is you need a car. "Getting groceries on a cruiser is a bit of a pain."out hosts told us. Not so fast... I used their cruiser with a baby-seat on the rear to roll down to Foodland and back with minimal hassle. There is a bike lane that is shaded and runs about 90-95% of the way there. Even someone who hasn't been on a bike in years could make this trip. All-in-all this is a great getaway for anyone who wants to get out of the city and away from all the tourist crap. (Haleiwa is just a short trip down the road if you want...) They are great hosts and the bungalow is really pretty sweet. Christian, Sara and Otis.

Perfect for a North Shore Vacation
My boyfriend and I could not have been happier with our stay at the Hula House on Sunset Point. It is the perfect location to be away from the crowds and busy highway but you have the bikes to take you wherever you want to go. Short walk to Ted's Bakery which is a must. The beach that is nearest to the studio is also picture perfect. The owner is wonderful. Pictures dont do justice to how nice it feels to be in this studio. Highly recommend to everyone!! I even got to see the owners other properties on the lot and theyre all great. She puts a lot of care into her rentals. We were torn between a couple of places and we are so happy with our decision to stay here.

Hula House on Sunset Point
The pictures and narrative description accurately convey what this house is all about. There is easy access to eveything you want or need that the North Shore offers without being right in the middle of too much traffic or too many people. I was traveling alone and stayed here for one week. Everthing was exactly as described, clean, and in good working order. The windows and ceiling fan allowed for constant airflow and no need to ever turn on the air conditioner. Every morning I enjoyed a leisurely bike ride down to Starbucks to get the day started. Then spent the rest of the day biking, walking, or laying around at the beaches. I really enjoyed that I had the closest beach almost to myself never seeing more than 5 or 6 other people at a time. But within 5 minutes biking there were hundreds of people so it was really the best of both worlds. A very short drive to Turtle Bay allowed for golf and dining while a little longer drive the other direction takes you to Haleiwa with surf shops, souvenir shops, and more dining choices. In between is all of the best surf breaks and beaches. Hula House was absolutely perfect for my trip and I would not hesitate to recommend it to any one, two, or three persons who are looking for quiet, clean, friendly accomodations with easy access to all of the North Shore. Beautiful Place, Wonderful Location. Very Much Enjoyable.
I stayed at the Hula House for about two weeks in January and was very happy with the cleanliness, location and homey feel it had. My trip was outstanding and every night ended great because we got to hang in this beautiful place and make ourselves a wonderful dinner there. Pros: High ceilings, very well lit, lots of sun comes through, great breeze, many windows, clean property, bikes were greatt to have!!! safe neighborhood and the tenant could not have been any more friendly or catering. We loved the Hula House, ...
We loved the Hula House, it's so close to one of the most beautiful beaches in Hawaii. We could watch the North Shore waves all day long. The bed is very comfortable and the studio is equipped with everything you need. The owner is very caring & was a great help during the Tsunami alert which added to our adventure. Ted's has amazing food! We'll be back.

The Hula House was a fant...
The Hula House was a fantastic find that helped round out a perfect North Shore vacation. Not only is it situated in a quiet neighborhood at the end of a cul de sac, it is within just a few minutes' walk or bike ride from some of the best beaches in Hawaii. The furnishings are perfectly done tasteful Hawaiian and the design of the house allows the sweet trade winds to cool you day and night. The bikes (especially! Have you tried to park at Waimea on the weekend?) and snorkel and surf gear are icing on the cake. The owners are wonderful and accommodating, and I will stay at the Hula House every time I come back to the North Shore.

We loved the Hula House. ...
We loved the Hula House. It was everything we hoped for and more. It is such a beautiful and peaceful place. There are many windows and the soft ocean breeze was so pleasant that we didn't even need the air conditioner. The studio was spacious and well equipt. The bed was very comfortable with lovely linens. The Hula House was clean and well furnished. We will definately stay there again when we hopefully make it back to Hawaii. We loved the North Shore. It was beautiful and undeveloped, but with so much to do. The Hula House is very centrally located with Teds Bakery a short walk or bike ride away and there are other places to eat near by. The beach is a very short walk away from the Hula House and is absolutely breathtaking. The owners are wonderful people and helped us out tremendously when we lost our luggage. We would not hesitate to stay at the Hula House again.

I couldn't have asked for...
I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The Hula House is a beautiful cozy cottage located in a quiet neighborhood that gives you a feeling of home while on vacation. The bikes were a lot of fun and a wonderful way to explore the north shore beaches and shops. The boogie board, beach chairs, snorkeling gear and outdoor shower were really nice amenities to have. I will definitly stay here on my next trip to the north shore. Thank you Joy and Bobby for all your hospitality!

What a great place! We loved our stay at Hula House. We enjoyed the extremely clean and environmentally-friendly cottage. We will definately be returning! We loved the location on a quiet neighborhood cul-de-sac. We awoke to the birds singing each morning. The absolute highlight for us was the use of the two bicycles. We put a lot of miles on those bikes! Thanks Joy and Bobby! Your hospitality was superb!

My boys and I stayed in Hula House this past summer for 2 weeks and loved it! It was the perfect amount of space for us...very light and airy. You are in the perfect location for all sorts of beach activities. Right out your front door you are a short walking distance to Backyards Beach, where in either direction you will find surf, good swimming holes, and tons of quiet beach to roam. Staying at this home allows you to become a part of the neighborhood and really feel a sense of community while on holiday. We love it here! See you in April!

This is a quiet, clean, spacious studio with the added bonus of a separate sleeping space offering privacy for a second person. The owner has created a lovely space filled with elegant details and amenaties such as an outdoor shower, bicycle, music, etc. Enjoy !

We picked the area on Sunset Point because it is close to the beach and far enough from the noise of Kam . hwy. Also it is a real neighborhood on the ocean side of Kam. Hwy. It is the best family beach neighborhood for kids on the North Shore and the beaches and surf are all around the point. Also it is quiet and the neighbors are great. Close to so many beautiful beaches with surf spots of many different levels.

The birds in the morning, the trade wind breeze blowing though the house. Hula is very comfortable and has great light and airflow and the location is great.
