Diese schöne und geräumige, über 5.600 Quadratmeter große Haus befindet sich direkt am Strand. Gehen Sie durch die Hintertür und an den Strand in Sekunden! Dies ist das perfekte Refugium für Familien. Ideal gelegen zwischen dem Ponte Vedra Inn & Club und The Lodge gelegen - nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Zu Fuß zum Tennis, Golf und der Ponte Vedra Inn & Club. Es gibt 100 Loch-Golfplatz und eine professionelle Tenniszentrum innerhalb von 3 Meilen von dem Haus, einschließlich der TPC, ATP, Sawgrass, Marsh Landing und Pablo Creek! Auch eine 10-minütige Fahrt in die Mayo Clinic.

Jedes der sechs Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Badezimmer. Die oben und unten Master-Schlafzimmer verfügen über ein Kingsize-Bett und eine eigene Veranda, und die im Obergeschoss Master-Bad verfügt über Dusche, begehbarem Kleiderschrank und Doppelwaschtisch mit Schminktisch. Das brandneue Höhle Sofa zieht in eine vollständig konfektionierte Sealy Posturepedic Queen-Size-Bett. Die Höhle hat ein Badezimmer angebracht und kann so als eine private Schlafzimmer genutzt werden.

Ein zweistöckiges Wohnzimmer hat vom Boden bis zur Decke reichenden Fenster für Tonnen von natürlichem Licht und drei Sätze von Französisch Türen in der Meeresbrise zu bringen. Die Küche verfügt über zwei Geschirrspüler, zwei Kühlschränke, Backofen, Mikrowelle / Backofen und alles was Sie für große, gesunde Mahlzeiten benötigen. Um die Mahlzeiten zu genießen, wählen Sie zwischen dem Frühstücksbereich, voll Essbereich (mit Sitzgelegenheiten für 10 plus 4 an einem kleineren Tisch) und außerhalb Tisch und Stühlen.

Eine große Terrasse zurück ist der ideale Ort, um zu sitzen und hören Sie das Meer jederzeit Tag und Nacht. Eines unserer Lieblingsaktivitäten kämmt den Strand nach Muscheln und Haifischzähne. Absolutely a fabulous home and week at the beach
Our family so enjoyed this beautiful oceanfront home. The kitchen and family room were so conducive to cooking and interacting as a family at the same time. The bedrooms were perfect. The walk down to the beach was so easy over the small dune (no steps to navigate with chairs and umbrellas). We loved finding sharks teeth and comparing our treasures. Our overall experience
Wonderful home in a great location! Had a fabulous time! Kids enjoyed the sand toys and the beach chairs were great. The doors to the beach were a little hard to open for the little ones but not a big deal. Loved the double refrigerators and the kitchen amenities. Overall experience was perfect. We got there in the end.
A little mix up at the beginning but this property and location are fantastic. The house accommodates a large group easily. The construction next door will be finished soon and rarely did it bother us. This is a beach house- it isn’t brand new or contemporary which is what our family likes. It is lived in. We absolutely love the Ponte Vedra feel. Shops around are fun for a day out. Capps is a great dining spot. Publix and Target are nearby. We would definitely stay again.

Great beach setting
Large house, plenty of room for all to stay including a family dog. It was a great place for a family reunion. Beautiful spot on the beach. The furniture and rugs were worn and in some cases dirty. I had to put my "camper" hat on to feel comfortable. Others might be less comfortable in that setting.

Beautiful home
Elegant, spacious. Excellent for 96yo mom with walker & caregiver. Gorgeous views, AD quality neighborhood. Cons: Grimy windows. We cleaned enough the first hour to be happy. Couldn’t open one sliding door. Poor, uneven wifi. Bumped off constantly even when device isn’t moved. Overflowing drawers & closets with household supplies, sheets etc, spices, oils, beach chairs, toys, etc etc etc. That is a big Pro. Finding anything quickly in the overstuffed closets and drawers, that was the Con. Spent a bit for things we later found, “oh, they do have some of this!” Tiny carport for such big house. 3 cars was awkward. “Yo, bro, can you please, please pull all the way in and over when you park.” PROS: quit your nitpicking. The house is comfortable, easy to hang out to eat, chat, gawk at phones. Beach is right there. Best family Christmas in years! (OK, 1 more con. We didn’t see any poisonous black snakes, but they might made the warning more prominent than bottom of p3 in single spaced instructions binder.) Rent it. There was construction going on next door. Quietest, most respectful team of construction workers ever seen. Barely, heard them. Beautiful, elegant, easy. Definitely will rent it again.

A Little Slice of Heaven
We absolutely love this house. Ponte Vedra has been our family vacation spot for almost 40 years and this house is the best. It very comfortably sleeps our family of 13. There are 6 bedrooms and 8 full baths. There is a den with a pull-out sofa bed that we used as a 7th bedroom this year. The living area is very open and has fabulous views of the ocean. The kitchen is large and well stocked. It is a very easy walk across a flat boardwalk over the dunes to the beach. We think this is the prettiest part of a great beach. The owners are delightful to work with. We have been renting this house for several years and can’t wait to return next summer!

This is a great house for large families, and direct access to the beach is unbeatable. Contact with the host was consistent. Guys' Golf Weekend
This house worked out really well for us. For our group of four, everyone had his own bed and bath with an ocean view. The house is kept clean and well provisioned. The bath towels are nice, the bed linens are nice, etc. The kitchen is surprisingly well stocked with high quality pots and pans, two refrigerators, two dishwashers, an separate ice maker, and all the bowls, plates, and utensils that anyone would need. To set accurate expectations, this is not a new house and beachfront houses take a beating from the salt air and the maintenance needs have gotten a little ahead of the owner. So the house is a little dated looking and you will find the exterior is looking a little rough. However, it does not affect the functionality of the house. Overall, the house was A+ for our purposes. The owner's restaurant recommendations were very good and our communication with her was easy.

The property was great. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and do what they wanted. Very comfortable feel and spectacular ocean views. The owners and the management team were very responsive and called to ensure we had everything we needed. Probably one of the best stocked rental houses that we have ever stayed in.
