Sycamore Ave Familienhaus, 6 Schlafzimmer, großes Whirlpooldeck, große Terrasse. Im ersten Stock befinden sich das Wohn- und Esszimmer, die Küche, das Familienzimmer, der Garten, 4 Schlafzimmer und 3 Badezimmer. Schlafzimmer 1 verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und ein eigenes Bad. Schlafzimmer 2 verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und ein Gemeinschaftsbad mit Schlafzimmer 3. Schlafzimmer 3 hat ein Queen-Size-Bett. Fabulous Find For Grandparents with Large Family!
Perfect house for large families who wish to enjoy but have a bit of separate bedrooms and bathrooms! Backyard and outside are wonderful for summer family dinners and grandkids playing outside! Beds are comfortable and each room has a bathroom! Kitchen is well stocked and cooking was easy..perfect family get together house !

Wonderful Stay
The property fit our needs perfectly. 9 adults and 6 children, all family. The location was ideal! Easy access to Sausalito/SF and to Muir Woods. The house was clean and homey and had everything we needed. We had too much on our itinerary and too short a stay to hang around much, but it would be a lovely location to just relax on the covered patio and to soak in the hot tub. Thank you!

A fabulous place to stay!
We are a group of eight women who gather once every year This is the 4th year we have stayed at this wonderful home and we love it. The spaciousness, the fact that all the bedrooms have bathrooms, the privacy we each get but at the same time the great meeting spots in this home including sitting on the back covered deck, gathering in the kitchen, and being together around the large dining room table. Also it is so conveniently located and close to many wonderful places to visit in Marin County and San Francisco.

Great for large family!
We came to stay in the area for a nearby wedding. It accommodated our family of 9 adults and 6 children very comfortably with room to spare. Most had their own bathrooms as well. Large table to accommodate large group for dinner. The kids and adults loved the hot tub! Overall great stay with great communication with the host for any issues we had.

Should I Stay or Should I Go?
You win either way. If you stay in the house, you have the beautiful covered back patio looking out at the perfectly manicured backyard with only the sound of apples falling with a soft thud on the perfect lawn. If you go, you can walk to the old sawmill downtown for shopping, dinner, or coffee. If want more of an adventure, you can run, ride, or drive to Muir Beach. Another day you can go for a hike through Muir Redwoods National Monument. Then come back home to enjoy the hot tub under the stars outside the upstairs bedrooms. You can’t go wrong with this rental.

Sorry I missed it
I never got there because my husband was hospitalized. However, those.who were there sent back very positive reports. It was nice to have spacious lively quarters so other friends and relatives good meet with us all, as their own residences were too full. Jose was very helpful ; however, we had great difficulty getting his phone numbers which is a problem previous renters have noted. I would definitely recommend this place based on the feedback from the family who did get to go, ages 1 through 51.

Great relaxing time!
Enjoyed our stay in Mill Valley. Nice location, close to all needs (including ice cream store!). Very relaxing home, we especially enjoyed sitting in the outdoor seating/dining area. Hot tub facing Mount Tam another plus. Jose is a very relaxed host, very much enjoyed renting his home.

Nice house, reasonably priced in a good location.
The house was very clean and had a lot of dishes, etc. It is not fancy, but comfortable- the only update I would recommend would be to replace the carpet. We really enjoyed the back patio. The hot tub looked very nice (we did not use it) Short walk down to MIll Valley for shops, restaurants, etc- 20 minute drive to the city or a quick ferry ride from Larkspur or Tiburon. Highly recommend.

Wonderful and Gracious Home

Attending a wedding
As out of country gusts at a wedding, we needed a place that would hold my whole family - grandparents, parents, aunt and uncle and cousins. The place was prefect. Lots of rooms and washrooms. The neighbour was beautiful. We were also able to get to San Franciso by catching the ferry in Larkspur. Great house and location. Absolutely recommend it to others and hope to return again.

Perfect Family House!
This Mill Valley home was the perfect place for our family to gather for my mother‘s memorial, The bedrooms were spacious and so was all of the living area. I also loved that we could walk into town to visit with other family members. We will definitely come back and stay here again.

Family Gathering
We had a death in the family and needed a place on short notice. Jose’s house was perfect for a large gathering with lots of beds and a great location near a nice park for the little ones. The only negative was difficulty with communication, which I think had more to do with VRBO than Jose. Once that was resolved, he was very responsive.

Wonderful Real Home
Many, huge bedrooms, almost all with individual full bathrooms for privacy. Separation of bedrooms was equally beneficial for different family situations. We only slept 7 adults and 5 kids, but could have had many more. Amenities were top notch and plentiful. Never seen so many pots and pans, a futuristic Breville toaster and cool refrigerator, not to mention the additional fridge on the backyard patio. Fenced in backyard beautiful with great play area and even sports equipment. Kids had a blast. The location was perfect too. Situated between two Whole Foods locations (walkable) and other stores. Short walk to nice park too. This is the type of home you'd rather own than rent. Clearly the owners live there too, which must be why it is so nice. They don't treat it like a rental, but rather like their own home. Don't pass this one up.

Good location and home for many family members.
Appreciated the public spaces for our family to be together for my husband’s memorial. The number of bedrooms, bathrooms, several dining areas and good functioning kitchen all worked out well for us.
