Gemütlich, sauber, ein Schlafzimmer, ein Bad-Wohnung mit modernen Geräten. Unsere Wohnung befindet sich im La Vista Azul Resort liegt, die in der Turtle Cove Bereich ist, der von der Haupt Grace Bay Bereich ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Gut möbliert: Queen-Size-Bett, eine Bar mit zwei Hockern, Safe, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Herd, t. v., Kombinationswaschtrockner. Der Strand und mehrere Restaurants ist fünf Minuten entfernt, oder Sie können in bleiben und Brettspiele spielen. Die voll ausgestattete Küche ist für Ihren Komfort ausgestattet. Sie werden auf der La Vista Azul Verbindung die volle Nutzung aller Einrichtungen des Resorts haben und dazu gehören Pools, Whirlpools, Fitnessraum und einen Parkplatz. La Vista Azul ist etwa 5 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt. Unsere nächste Strand ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Resort entfernt. Leichte Snacks erwarten Sie bei Ihrer Ankunft.

Horrible Odor, Dirty Furniture
First, I would like to commend VRBO for negotiating with the owner the opportunity for us to obtain an 80% refund if we wanted to cancel our stay. Unfortunately, we were unable to cancel the reservation due to our inability to find another location that evening on short notice. Upon arrival, we opened the door to an overwhelming stench. The unit was hot and the AC was not working. We discovered the source of the odor was from the linens, all of which were terribly soured. When we called the maintenance contact provided by the owner, there was no response. My husband was eventually able to get the AC to work. That night, we had to wash every linen in the unit including sheets, pillow cases, bedspreads and towels. The pillows were so filthy that we covered them each with 2 pillowcases to separate us from the smell and dirt. The couch and chairs were dirty and worn. The couch pillows were in terrible condition. We covered them with sheets to sit on them. The kitchen faucet was broken but was able to be used. The high point of the unit was the bathroom, which had been nicely renovated. The bath and beach towels were nice and large. It was also nice to have use of beach chairs and cooler. I have pictured and videos documenting all of this but I don't know how to post on Vrbo. I learned the classic lesson from this rental...."you get what you pay for." My advice is to spend a little more money and rent elsewhere.

Great location, would rent again! Pleasantly surprised when we arrived as it was nicer than the pic
Everything went smoothly! Things we loved: Location, cleanliness, that beach chairs (although the VERY low type so don’t work for older people like us), umbrella, & cooler were provided! We used these each day! Yvonne was nice to deal with but we didn’t get to meet her! Suggestions that would be even more helpful: -A working safe-no place to store Passports/valuables etc We bought new batteries but still didn’t work. -2 complete snorkel sets, (there was 2 masks & 1 snorkel tube, no fins) & we don’t snorkel without a life vest-it’s hard to haul these on a plane -a few more kitchen items, non stick skillet That we could fry an egg & things without sticking, updated silverware, a spaghetti strainer, salt/pepper & a few spices would save each party buying all those new. You’ll want to eat in most of the time...very expensive to eat out! -furniture was fine but it’s time for new couch & the bed needs new mattress soon -several things were broken on arrival that we made Yvonne aware of but we still had a wonderful stay!

Comfortable apartment on an amazing island
Comfortable apartment at the La Vista Azul resort. With the kitchen, we were able to reduce our vacation costs by reducing the number of restaurant meals. The dishwasher, and clothes washer and dryer worked well, and the apartment is air conditioned. The apartment is about a 15 minute walk to the west end of Grace Bay beach a fantastic beach. I would recommend others visiting to rent a car so you can get around and explore the whole island. In particular, check out the beach at Taylor Bay. The access is from Ocean Point Drive, but not easy to spot. Look on Trip Advisor for details on finding the access. The owners agent was helpful. We will be returning to Providenciales and will stay here again if it is available.

Nice Place!
My adult kids and I stayed in this well equipped condo over Xmas and really enjoyed it. It's in a good location about a block from a nice beach. The condo is spacious with a comfortable bed in the bedroom and a queen size pull-out in the family room. My son slept on the pull-out and said that it was decent (he is 6'3/205). I would definitely recommend a car while there. While there is a restaurant and gelato/bar on the property there is much more to see and do around the island and taxis/transport are nowhere (and if you do find or order one its expensive). The communication during the booking process and during the stay was excellent. I would stay here again.

This property (It's called Che's Place) is near to the beaches, near to restaurants (all walking distance) and it has a hot tub with two pools.
We understand that when you are on your vacation you don't want to be bothered by travelling long distances for food for entertainment: all that you want is right there at Che's Place.
