Easy and "EZ"
Perfect location for us, easy access to Love Field. This is my second stay at the property and it has everything. Great kitchen, private bedrooms, very clean and my favorite part: a visit from the little dog "EZ" every afternoon.

Wonderfully designed and crafted 2 bedroom. Amenities were top notch. Owners live next door and stopped in just make sure we were happy. Not in an intruding manner. Great location to restaurants and downtown. Would stay here again!!

A little slice of Heaven
This was our second stay here. This house does not disappoint. Very clean, immaculately appointed, and well stocked for everything you need. A lot of rentals barely have enough plates, silverware, etc. This property is exactly the opposite! Small patio's in front and back are perfect for sitting outside sipping a glass of wine! Excellent location close to Love Field. Somewhat noisy from the airplanes but very acceptable. Would not hesitate to book again.

Lovely property with lovely management
My stay was perfect. The home was even prettier than the pictures on VRBO. The owner remodeled the home for his personal guests as well as for renters. As a result, he used very high end materials. The artwork and the decorations were beautiful. I worked remotely from the property and enjoyed watching the cardinals and EZ, the resident dog, out the large picture windows out back. The attention to detail in the home is impressive. Every time I thought the property would be perfect if they had thought of something I looked up, and it was there. The owner and property manager were very nice and made me feel at home.

A beautiful home close to the airport
We loved our stay at this wonderful home. We were there for the Dallas Gift Market and the location was perfect. If you fly into Love Field you are 5 minutes from the house. This cozy, well appointed home has 2 large bedrooms each with their own fabulous bathroom. The kitchen is amazing if you want to cook. The yard is beautiful as well. This home is a treasure and we will definitely return.

Larry and Holly provided first class service and the accommodations were beyond our expectations. I live in Dallas and had my high school girlfriends in for a long weekend. The house was clean and comfortable, and just beautiful! Everything you need and more is provided. The location can’t be beat, within 5-10 minutes of the greatest areas to visit in Dallas, as well as easy access to the freeways for traveling to other DFW locations. We looked forward to EZ visits each day, she’s just the sweetest pup - we all miss her! Telling all my friends, I will definitely choose Mockingbird for future Dallas escapes.

Absolutely Perfect!!!
This property is a 5 star gem-perfectly located for the sites we wanted to visit: GW Bush Library, Kennedy Museum, Dallas Southfork. There was some miscommunication with Holly, as I did not receive the code/instructions but because the reviews said the owner lives next door, he came out and greeted us, showed us around this high end decorated unit, gave us excellent restaurant and grocery store locations. As I told Larry, if I had known his property would be so nice, I would have flipped our trip so we would have ended here, because he set the bar so high none of the other places we would be staying at could match his. Thank you Larry!!

Fabolous VRBO!
We have stayed at numerous VRBO's and we believe this is by far our best experience. Pictures and reviews are reliably representative of this property. Two master suites and central kitchen and living room are an excellent layout and very comfortable. The attention to detail is impeccable and the kitchen is truly a "full kitchen" with nice amenities and top of the line appliances and finishes. The owner has a very cool dog that comes to visit and be your best friend. This is our first time to stay here but we already made a reservation for our next trip before we even checked out the first time! Highly recommend this property.

Words palely express the smartly designed layout and details within this Architecture Digest quality home. Everything is well appointed. Larry, not only envisioned the look and feel of this home, he executed the plans. He is the ideal host, appropriate and approachable. EZ, his quad ped little gal, made her daily visits wiith a cheerful attitude. The 2 master suites guarantee Royal treatment for all guests. I will definitely make this my stay each time in Dallas.

Wow! A luxurious experience.
After staying at Larry's place, I know why he asked for a $3000 deposit! He has this beautiful rental outfitted with high-end everything. And if I had a need, he was there to help very quickly. I felt as if I was in my own home, and so did my daughter, who was there with me to recovery from surgery. Super close to the hospital which was very helpful in our situation.

Everything was great! We loved it. Convenient location to Love Field, Oaklawn, and SMU area. Impeccably clean. Modern high end kitchen. High end mid century moder vibe. Luxurious baths with roomy walk-in showers. My only wish: an umbrella for the back patio seating. And we missed meeting the resident pooch.

Five Star Plus Experience!
Larry and Holly provided our family outstanding (and flexible!) hospitality. The layout of the home is ideal, and the photos do not do it justice! The quality of construction, cleanliness, attention to details (kitchen and laundry supplies, makeup mirrors, quality linens, etc.) is beyond belief. We are already looking forward to our next visit!
