First the good
Clean, furnishings in good shape, great location, on site staff ( maintenance/upkeep and security )were helpful, knowledgeable about the area and always happy.
The bad
The owner Art and the vrbo manager Fabio do not care about you!!!!!!!
We were told ( I specifically asked) there would be a BBQ on site and the area on the roof top was under construction. They said too bad for you. The construction was very loud all day long. There were chunks of concrete falling on us at the pool. All 4 apartments complained about noise level and our safety around the pool. Both Art and Fabio did not care. Fabio said he would contact owner then never responded again. Art basically said if you don't like it leave.
I would NEVER rent with either one of these men again.
The place is nice but there are plenty of nice places to rent on the beach.
