Sie ist geschmackvoll und sehr hochwertig ausgestattet und bietet allen Komfort für einen sorgenfreien Urlaub. Die goldenen Sandstrände sind nur 10 Meter von Ihrer Haustür entfernt. Vom schönen südlich ausgerichteten privaten Garten genießen Sie einen wunderbaren Meeresblick – ideal für ein romantisches Essen oder ein Getränk unter Palmen mit Meeresrauschen. Der Club selbst hat schöne und gepflegte Gärten und einen fantastischen zum Meer ausgerichteten Gemeinschaftspool. Wahrscheinlich die Beste Lage an der Costa del Sol! Er liegt im Herzen eines Golfparadieses und Puerto Banus ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Der nächstgelegene Golfclub ist weniger als zwei Kilometer entfernt und die berühmten Golfplätze befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. So auch Wassersport und Tennis. Es ist eine wirklich wunderbare Umgebung. Schlafen Sie ein bei Meeresrauschen! Sie werden keinen besseren Ort für Ihren Urlaub finden!

Allgemeine Informationen:
Der Club Oasis ist ein sehr privater Club und zeichnet sich besonders durch seine ruhige und abgelegene Anlage aus. Er gilt als einer der besten und einzigartigsten Ferienunterkünfte der Golden Mile. Die schönen privaten Gärten der Anlage eignen sich ideal zum Sitzen, zum Entspannen und dazu die Schönheit der Gegend in sich eindringen zu lassen. Auf der Strandpromenade kann man sich bei einem Spaziergang oder einer Radfahrt wunderbar seine Zeit vertreiben und mit der fantasischen Umgebung verschmelzen. Victors berühmtes Restaurant ist nicht weit entfernt und Sie können sich mit den dort angebotenen kulinarischen Köstlichkeiten verwöhnen. Bis nach Puerto Banus ist es nur ein kurzer Fußweg. Die Costa del Sol ist als Golfparadies bekannt. Ein Muss ist ein Besuch des berühmten Orangenplatzes in Marbella mit seinen feinen auserwählten Geschäften und Restaurants. Gäste des Club Oasis werden nie seinen Charm und die friedvolle Umgebung vergessen. Schöne Wohnung total verlebt und dreckig
Das Objekt war so dreckig das erst einmal geputzt werden musste. Kühlschrank, Gläser und Geschirr mussten vor Benutzung gespült werden. Kaffeemaschine ekelig, daher mussten wir uns mit löslichem Kaffee begnügen. Grill so dreckig das mal keine Lust hat ihn zu nutzen. 3 Fahrräder vorhanden, jedoch nur bedingt nutzbar. Wenn es abends kalt wird macht es keine Freude sich in der Wohnung aufzuhalten, keine gemütliche Atmosphäre … Die Wohnung hat eine schöne Lage, jedoch bedarf es einer gründlichen Renovierung. Preis Leistung passt leider nicht. Würden die Wohnung nicht mehr mieten.

Fabulous holiday
The property was in a beautiful small development of white villas with well kept gardens and boarder surrounding a lovely pool and restaurant. The property was very well equipped, clean and comfortable. It was located right next to the beach and sea and within walking of Puerto Banus and a short taxi ride from Marbella old town. I would highly recommend the property.

Fantastic week away
We had a great week in this property which is in a wonderful location and had all we needed for a comfortable stay. The villa was clean and ideal for the 4 of us. We would love to stay again at this time of year, we were very lucky with the weather too! There is a supermarket across the road and Marbella and Puerto Banus are within walking distance.

Nice , clean apartment and great location
We had the best time. John was brilliant, so easy to communicate with. Apartment was great, pool area was lovely , most of the time we had it to ourselves, and location was amazing just front of the beach . 20 min walk to Puerto Banus, 5 min walk to Aldi. All facilities in the apartment were in good order ( washing machine, dishwasher, air con , oven ) and king size bed ! Nice little garden , a really good spot for a few days of exploring the area.

This property was in a great location. Many amenities but felt that the cleaning service could have done a better job. We enjoyed our stay but this property could have been better maintained. Pool and grounds were great and the view of the Mediterranean could not have been better.

Nice stay
Good communication with host before and during the stay. There were some minor problems which were solved immediately. The villa is in a larger accommodation which is secured with cameras and closed to non-residents. 25min walk to puerto banus via golden mile. The villa was clean and had all the necessary amenities as described in the advertisement.

Muy mal! PRECIO MUY ALTO OARA TAN PIBRES SERVICIOS! La luz se va; colchones viejos y duros, malas almohadas, colchas y sabanas viejas, no hay jabon de baño ni shampo ni nada!!! Papel de baño escaso y muy corriente!! Pasamos 3 noches muy incomodas muertos de calor porque se iba la liz! Les recomiendo busquen otro lugar para vacacionar por ue si que te echa a perder las vacaciones y a UN PRECIO MUY ALTO

Great location to stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Oasis club number 27. It is very clean and tidy with all the amenities that were advertised. The only minor problem we had was that there was only one fob and when we contact Helga we got no reply. We e mailed the owner John and he got back to us quickly with a new contact who we called but never heard back from him either. Part from that i would stay there again as the location is perfect and very peaceful.

Great Villa in an excellent location
We have just returned from a 9 night stay in this wonderful villa. The Oasis club is in such a great location, we didn't need a car as everything you could want for was in walking distance. The pool has fabulous sea views and always had sunbeds available. We would definitely recommend. Thank you very much John we had a really lovely time. Lynn

Disappointing - definitely not 'hassle free' stay
Upon arrival we walked into an unbearably hot villa and immediately tried unsuccessfully to put the air conditioning on, called the agent who advised us that the air con was not working and seemed surprised that we were not aware of this fact, she said it had broken the week before and they had not been able to get it repaired, it was however going to be repaired this afternoon (Sunday). Text to the owner to advise him of this and received a curt text back asking who told us ‘’it had broken a week ago as it had only broken the day before and it was being fixed’’, there was no apology offered! Later that day the air con still wasn’t working, phoned the agent again only to be told that the repair man had been and gone away as we had gone out and he couldn’t gain access to the property. We had not been made aware that we were supposed to wait in for him. We agreed with the agent to meet the repair man at 7pm that evening in the villa. 2 hours later he said it was repaired and told us to wait until 10pm before switching it on, 10pm came and air con still not working. We had by this time spent the 1st night of our holiday dealing with villa repairs. Another text sent to the owner however he chose to ignore us after this. Still no apology and we all spent an extremely hot and uncomfortable night in the villa. Although I appreciate that these things happen I would have expected the owner to have had the courtesy to advise us of the situation prior to our arrival and at the very least an apology would have been appreciated. Air con was finally fixed on Monday however there was then a continual dripping onto the patio from the overflow pipe making 1/3 of the patio very slippery and unusable. Found the villa itself nice but not exactly a ‘luxury’ villa for many reasons. Would also have appreciated more than 1 pillow per person and the ‘villa manual’ could do with updating. Also be aware, electricity and cleaning costs are extra and expensive. Not much change back from the deposit (which took John over 1 month to return after several emails chasing this). On a positive note the villa is a good seafront location, close walking distance to Puerto Banus. Nice pool and the grounds are well kept. We have also sent an email since our return, expressing our disappointment with regard to the above situation……still no response…….still no apology what so ever from John. We would not return and would not recommend.

Fantastic property and property owner
The booking of this property was incredibly easy and hassle free. John was great. The property is absolutely gorgeous! My husband and I booked it for a week away (aged 29 and 36), and the location was perfect as we wanted somewhere a little quieter, but with everything on our door step - not an easy ask. Marbella is a nice walk, as is Puerto Banus (much shorter walk). If you don't fancy walking, taxi's are relatively cheap too! The location is great as it is right on the beach and there are two bars nearby (Victor's and another cheaper one...which really is a great price, and good food too. Victors a bit of a rip off in my opinion). In addition to having a pool, beach, 2 bars on your doorstep, the quiet/noise levels in the complex are great considering a road runs behind it...with an Aldi supermarket you can easily walk too. It is so calm and relaxing here. I was in heaven within 10 minutes of arrival. Location could not be more perfect. Quality and cleanliness of apartment is also second to none. I highly recommend staying here. On our return we had some discrepancies with the refundable deposit and electricity payment. John got this sorted with no fuss and was really helpful in getting our concerns addressed. My only thing for people wanting to rent is to factor in two items, which I do not think were that clear from the bookings page/website (but are in the bookings form, we perhaps did not read these properly in our excitement to book!): 1. You pay for the electricity dependent upon how much you use - take a meter reading before you settle in and on departure. The meter reading from the property manager out there was not accurate, so better to be cautious (John was great as mentioned at sorting this, he could not have been more helpful!) 2. Be aware you pay approx. 100 euro cleaning fee which is taken from your deposit on return. This is unusual with any rental that I have had in the past, and if I am honest, I think a little too steep, but again, I went into this with my eyes wide open. Would I pay it again to stay here due to the amazing property and location? Yes! Just something that has to be factored in, and for a family staying there, this is perhaps not too unreasonable. so summary: amazing property, great property owner, great location and we had a wonderful stay. We would go back there again and would recommend this without any hesitation at all! Thanks John!

Fantastic Luxurious Accommodation
What can I say? Our first break away together in quite a few years and this villa did not disappoint. Great location and very close to the beach. It was clean and comfortable, just what we needed for a relaxing holiday. I would definitely recommend a stay here :)
