Luxury apartment, good location, grounds where lovely. However, on arrival there was no instruction for safe and air conditioning in Lounge was not working, which I informed owner of. By day 2 following a power cut in apartment, there was no AC in 2 of the 3 bedrooms and the lounge. Again contacted owner, who said they would arrange a technician, we stayed in to accommodate, not ideal as we only had a 7 night trip. No response from that day . The owner did provide 1 fan, which only blew the hot air round, so at least 5 sleepless nights, where it was too hot. I paid the premium for an AC property but was bitterly let down. I just hope some form of compensation and refund can be arranged to as holiday was marred by this. Shame, if all was taken care of this apartment would have received a 4.5 out of 5 Star rating.
