Unsere 1500 sq. ft Wohnung der angenehme und entspannte Atmosphäre verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten von zu Hause. Der große Balkon hat Zugang aus dem Wohnzimmer und dem Schlafzimmer. Seine nördliche Exposition bietet Seitenansichten
der Golf von Mexiko und die Inter-Küste Wasserstraße.
Unsere Anlage verfügt über einen privaten Angelpier auf dem Ozean,
unberührten weißen Sandstrand, einen großen Ocean front beheizten Pool (immer bei 82 Grad gehalten wird. im Winter), und einen Whirlpool. Hören Sie das Rauschen des Meeres, während Sie das Abendessen im Grillbereich vorzubereiten, mit seinen Tiki-Tabellen. Entspannen Sie sich und genießen Sie die schönen Sonnenuntergänge.
Wir sind nur wenige Minuten vom Johns Pass, und in der Nähe von Clearwater Beach,

Great Family Vacation
We had a great time at this property. The location is very convenient to numerous restaurants and is just steps from the beach. The unit is very well stocked with just about anything you would need. There were tons of beach items that we were able to borrow which saved us from needing to bring or purchase our own. We ran into a minor hiccup with a broken microwave but I only mention it to give props to the owner Hector and the staff at the office. Hector ordered a new microwave right away and the front office staff were kind enough to let us borrow a tabletop unit while we waited for the new one to be installed. We would absolutely look to stay here again when we come back to the area!

Sand Dollar Exceptional Place to Stay
My 2 adult daughters, 5 grandchildren ages 5-13, and myself had a wonderful stay at the Sand Dollar. This is our first time staying here. The place was clean, secure, and quiet. Loved that the beach is right by the pool and shopping was close by. Would happily recommend it to everyone.

Very Nice Stay
We had a great vacation at this condo. Great location, right on the beach and close to Tampa & Clearwater for non-beach activities. The toddlers loved the sand toys avaliable for use by tenants. The on-site property management is a helpful benefit. We had a couple small maintenance issues that were quickly resolved by the on-site property management & maintenance crew.

Family spring break vacation
This place was so nice. My grandkids loved every second in the warm pool. The staff was nice enough to let my youngest daughter have a key to the pool bathrooms and lay by the pool because she got there before the rest of us. They also kept her luggage behind the desk when we all left her flight was late so they let her enjoy the pool til it time to leave for the airport. Wish the weather was a bit warmer but all in all we all had a great time

Superb Condo
Our stay at this condo was amazing. It was extremely spacious and all items needed in the kitchen and bedrooms was available. The host was exceptional and very very helpful with our arrival because we came in late. I would highly recommend this condo to familie groups . The location on the beach was amazing as well as the pool area ! Will rebook next year for sure !

Great place
This condo was great. We normally stay ground level facing the ocean but waited to late to book. This condo ended up beinf perfect. It is on the second floor but its right by the steps so its pretty easy. The building is locked up and its frustrating trying to remember the key but that wouldnt stop us from staying there again. The condo is very well stocked with everything you would need. The kicthen is so stocked there isnt much room for groceries but thats a good probelm to have. Hector was great to deal with and always replied quickly.

NO OCEAN VIEW FROM UNIT
Sand Dollar Property is located on the beach; however, for those seeking ocean views from the master and living room, with the sound of waves lapping as you fall asleep, this is not the unit for you. It is spacious clean and provides basic amenities. Owner was responsive, but unable to accommodate a move to a different room. When you look at the photos, check the very last one where there is a view from the balcony - by leaning over the railing you can see the ocean. There is also the same picture zoomed and cropped following it that is misleading. We know for next time however, for those of you booking your dream vacation expecting ocean front views, This is not it. With that being said, units provide easy access to the beach, nice pool, Jacuzzi, cleanliness, plenty of room, ample parking. If you swim past the second sandbar, grab a pair of goggles and you’ll find hundreds of sand dollars- at least in July. This is our second time to the area. Sanibel Island is nice day trip - at just over 2 1/2 hours south, you can find shells like conch and scallop. Englewood has the best sharks teeth on the shoreline. Caddy’s was delicious for ocean front dining and fresh seafood. Crab cakes didn’t disappoint. Overall wonderful family vacation. The pristine white powder sugar beaches and sparkly torquoise water are perfection.

Had a great week at the Sand Dollar
We had a great week at this condo on the beach. Our multigenerational family of 7 was in town this week for a baseball tournament and the condo was a great location and had plenty of room and everything we needed. The beach was beautiful, the pool areas were always clean and the front office team was friendly and super helpful anytime we had questions or needed anything. The only negative (not specific to the condo) was the complex does only have 1 elevator and it does get super bogged down at peak times. Most of us mainly used the stairs, but my parents who struggle with steps needed the elevator, so we just made sure to leave plenty of time when leaving so it wasn’t an issue. We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at the Sand Dollar was a family vacation and graduation celebration. We had our entire family including an infant. The 3 bedroom condo was spacious and had a number of amenities (the pier; pool, barbecue area; parking, beach supplies). We loved the area and would definitely consider coming back.

The owners were easily reached and promptly return answers for our questions. The check in process was smooth. We arrived after 5 pm and the keys were where they told us. The condo looked like the pictures. It was clean and comfortable. It had every thing we needed. The facilities were easily accessible. The pool and hot tub were nice and warm. The beach access was amazing. The kids had so much fun. One of the reason we chose this place was the pier and the short walk to the bird sanctuary, it is a must. The location of the condo provided short walks and drives to fun activities. Overall, highly recommend this condo, you can tell this place is well loved and has created many lasting memories.

Since the moment we first visit Indian Shores we fell in love with the beach, area and the people. For over a year we search for a place that will be different from most vacation condos. The moment we found this place we both fell in love with it. The large spacious condo, the ocean front heated pool and Jacuzzi, and picnic area. Centrally located to activities and shopping, but quiet and relaxing, and most of all the only private complex with our private pier on the Gulf. Most of all the white powder sandy beach and amazing sunsets.
