Very bad experience
First time ever we give an accomodation a bad review. We spent the first night and following day of our 2 weeks stay cleaning up the apartment from hair, dust and dirt. The unit is actually pretty new and modern, but very poorly maintained and dirty. Also had to change bed sheets the same night, mattress covers have probably never been washed. We asked to talk to a property manager but no-one ever took the time to call us and we could just discuss with the team through a chat.
Everything from the rubbish bins, to the vacuum cleaner were in disgusting conditions, this last one was completely full of dirt and food pieces, smelled terrible. We could write a never ending list, definitely not what you would expect especially during a pandemic and when travelling with little kids. We requested a refund for at least the cleaning fee and had to involve the Stayz team to send our complaint through. We are still waiting for an outcome.
Bad management, would never recommend.
