Best condo ever!
If you are like my family and continuously search for the perfect condo for your family vacation in the Gulf stop on this one and book it! We have stayed in many (and I mean many) area condos over the years and many of them were very good. This one is everything advertised and much more. From the initial contact with the owner, the entire experience was next level! The condo was better equipped than any that we have stayed before, even with many of the day to day items that are normally not there. The owners go out of their way to make this nothing short of amazing. The layout of the condo, furniture, views from balcony…it could simply not be better. I highly recommend this unit and I can safely say that my family has found our “regular” stay location. Many thanks to the owners for providing such a seamless, stress free vacation!

Amazing condo
This condo was perfect. The views were amazing. There were so many personal touches that the host has provided. You don’t receive that when renting from a rental company. Adrienne was a pleasure to work with. My family and I hope to come back and rent this same place next year! We could see all sorts of sea life all from the comfort of the balcony. We enjoyed our stay at Pearl 1401 for Mother’s Day. The condo has a great layout for families with comfortable furnishings and plenty of room. There are beautiful views from every corner. Beautiful views and comfortable and clean space
The location was great and had million dollar views from every window (corner unit)! Loved the balconies (sunrise and sunset views)! Easy access to the beach and pools (one heated) and hot tub and visits to Destin and Pensacola! The check in process was very easy. It was very clean. Communication with the owner was great. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked. The beds were very comfortable. It was quiet. Two washers and dryers. The unit provided 3 beach chairs and sand toys for the kiddos. The rental also included beach service with 2 chairs and an umbrella and that was an added bonus. Our family was very comfortable and hope to stay again in the future.

STOP SCROLLING!
Pick this one.We use vacation rentals often. We have Never Ever stayed a one this well equipped Ice maker, extra fridge, comfy beds, salt pepper, bandaids, flour, so many extras. Chair service included was great. The view is AMAZING. We will book again. It was spring break week and no issues with restaurants. Saw lots of Dolphin and Sting Rays playing. So relaxed.

Everything was fabulous. The condo was roomy, clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Great view, amazing beach, and the neighbors are friendly and quiet. Lots of nice families at this resort. Our annual beach vacation at Navarre was great. Our condo at the Pearl had everything you might need to be comfortable. It was very clean, the kitchen was super well equipped and having an ice maker and extra refrigerator was great as well. We will definitely rent this unit again. Thanks.

Great getaway
This condo is beautiful very nice and right on the beach, The beds are very comfy and has a lot of room and very well supplied. The owner is very easy to get a hold of if you need anything. The only thing if I had to complain about was when it stormed it brought high winds against the sliding doors making a noise that I can’t even describe but I think this is the chance you take and not much you can do about. Absolutely loved this place.

Truly Paradise!!
We have found our home away from home!! This will definitely be our go to condo! The condo was warm and welcoming! It has the perfect layout and having 3 bathrooms was wonderful. No one had to wait for a shower. The kitchen was well stocked and having two fridges was great for drinks! Loved having two sets of washers and dryers. Made doing towels and swimsuits daily less time consuming. Kids loved the pools! The walk to the beach was perfect! I was worried about going from normally staying in a house on the beach to the condo, but the condo life has definitely won us over! Can’t wait to book another stay!! Thanks for sharing your piece of paradise!!

Simply the BEST!
For the third year in a row, our family enjoyed our week very much! The condo is always very clean, plenty of towels, kitchen is well stocked which now includes an “extra” refrigerator. The cleanest and most beautiful condo we have ever stayed in. The owner always provides excellent customer service and I highly recommend this property.

Annual Family Beach Trip
This was the second year in a row to stay at this property. That in and of itself speaks volumes of how much we love the property. First class. Lacked nothing. Can’t wait for next year. The entire living space is designed to provide a comfortable space for people to relax and visit with each other. Very comfortable sofa and love seat, accent chairs and recliner. Love the dining table and comfortable chairs. Beautiful views out of the windows and from the balcony. The furniture on the balcony is the best of any condo I have ever stayed at. My wife and I love sitting outside and this furniture made it very comfortable to enjoy time outside. The kitchen is very well appointed with all we needed, right down to the utensils needed for eating snow crab. We see this annual trip as an investment in our family. So, a wonderful place like this property fits perfectly for our needs. Bed rooms are very comfortable. Communication with Host is simply a pleasure.

Renovated open floor plan unlike other end units at the Pearl. Nice private balcony with great views of the Gulf! We spent many years looking from the Florida Keys to Navarre Beach. WE love how quickly we can get to the beach from Atlanta. The Gulf Coast beaches are some of the most beautiful in the world. We also love the family atmosphere at Navarre Beach and the fact that even in prime season, it is not overcrowded. Relaxing on the large Gulf front balcony (with a good book and a favorite beverage) and enjoying all the views that a 14th floor balcony has to offer, is another family favorite before or after beach time!

SAFE and UNCROWDED Beach! We provide one umbrella and two chairs from Sunset Beach Service, extra rentals are available for purchase by reservation for your visit to the beach. We also love the fact that we can walk or ride our bikes to Sailor's Grill for bakery goods, breakfast, lunch or dinner while we watch the bay and the volleyball matches from the outdoor deck. Live entertainment on the weekends. Yoga and Zumba classes on Tues and Thurs. at Juana's! New restaurant opens in March on the Gulf side and is in walking distance. Grouper Reuben and Fish Tacos from T.C.'s Front Porch is just across the bridge on the mainland. Your family will make their memories at 'Papa's Beach' too!
