Villa Ra liegt am Rand eines grünen, ruhigen Tals & schönem Blick auf See & Hügel im ruhigen, exklusiven San Jaime, 5 min Fußweg vom Club de Golf Ifach mit Tennisplätzen, Bars, Restaurant, Schwimmbad & atemberaubendem Blick & nur wenige Automin von den schönen Stränden, Yachthafen & Altstadt von Moraira. Das sehr private Schwimmbad (1 m am flachen Ende) ist nicht einsehbar & nachts besonders magisch mit schönem Schwimmbadbereich & Terrassenbeleuchtung. Offener Wohnbereich mit amerikanischer Küche, große verglaste Naya (Wintergarten) & Wohnzimmer (mit Sky TV). Ebenfalls im Erdgeschoss liegt das 3. Schlafzimmer mit Duschraum daneben. In der oberen Etage liegen 2 weitere Schlafzimmer & 1 Familienbad. Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat einen Balkon mit herrlichem Blick auf Meer, Hügel & Schwimmbadterrasse. Draußen gibt es einen schattigen Bereich mit eingebautem Grill & Stufen hinunter zum Obstgarten. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es einen Supermarkt & einige Bars & Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar.

Very nice vacation!!!
Villa Ra is a very nice house in a great area. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet. Very good and quick contact with James, the directions were perfect and key handover was easy. The villa is very well located, shopping nearby, many very good restaurants and great excursion options. It was also easy to walk to the sea. We felt very comfortable and can recommend Villa Ra to everyone.

Quand vous arrivez, vous êtes surpris par l'endroit; un endroit calme, magique, bien ensoleillé dès 10h et ce toute la journée. seul soucis: vous avez besoin de la voiture tout le temps ou alors vous avez de très bonnes jambes, ça monte et ça descend tout le temps ! Moraira est une ville accueillante ainsi que Calpe, Les restaurants sont très bien (surtout le restaurant asiatique la casa Lili à Teulada)

Very pleasant
Nice villa. Stayed here for four weeks. Entrance was a bit of an issue. Owner very friendly and helpful. Neighborhood nice and quiet except for the occasional leaf blowers by local gardening. I wish those apparatuses would be banned worldwide. The pool is not heated but the owner was working on a system that would take care of that. All in all very recommended.

The location is perfect as well as the vue, large terrace and inside the house is plenty of space for five people and a dog. Moreover the weather was very good. The owner provided adequate assistance when needed.

Absolutely fantastic house
It is a very nice house with all the equipment you need. The internet works fine and the pool and the view are beautiful. It is quiet and peaceful and it is easy to get down to the sea, but you must have a car. Shopping and restaurants are not far away. There are many excursion possibilities near the house. we had a lovely 14 days in the house in March with lots of sun and spring.

Excellent winter stay
We had a superb 7 week stay at Villa Ra. The property is very well equipped and in an excellent location, very quiet and only a short way to the beach or shops to the South, with great access to the motorway or mountains to the North out of Benissa. We soon felt very settled and comfortable here. It was an excellent place for our dog as well. We were unlucky with the weather, it being much colder than usual, so were grateful for the property having a decent central heating system. Being south facing it soon got warm inside with the doors open on a sunny day, and being so sheltered it was a sun trap sitting out by the pool, but the water was too chilly to take a dip!

Like a home from home
My husband and I rented this villa for ten weeks - October to December. We found the villa to be extremely clean and well-equipped and well presented. The owner lived nearby and was always available if required, he also popped round on a regular basis to make sure the pool was maintained. The area, while hilly, was wonderful - mountains and beaches. Moraira is within walking distance and is a lovely town with plenty of restaurants and bars. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this villa and the area.

The house was what I expected from the pictures. Location is great, beautiful area to explore, sea nearby and Moraira is a very charming town with good restaurants. Great landlord, we had some trouble with the heating system and mr James was at the house in less than half an hour to solve the problem. Would love to stay again!

Muy buena estancia
La villa es como en el anuncio, muy limpia y cuidada. Pasamos unos días muy buenos a pesar que no pudimos disfrutar de la piscina, por ser fin de año. Mucha tranquilidad y silencio. Pero muy apartado de tiendas y restaurantes. Lo que no nos gustó es que la habitación de abajo es muy muy, pero muy pequeña, y no apta para dos camas. Menos para adultos, teníamos la impresión de dormir en un armario y sin espacio para poder guardar maletas o enseres. Para niños bien. Esto fue mi gran decepción ya que nos tocó a mi marido y a mi. No pudimos dar como se encendía la calefacción. Pero teníamos aire acondicionado en las habitaciones. Es una lástima porque la villa es maravillosa. Y a pesar de todo la recomiendo. Pero le digo a Mrs Morris, que avise en el anuncio del tamaño de la habitación.

Valued family Time
We have had over a months stay at Villa Ra and we truly appreciate the special family holiday we have had there . It offered all that we required especially the pool which our grandchildren loved any problems and James was contacted easily . Quiet and not overlooked we enjoyed it . A car is essential here but as we drove from the UK we were well prepared. Home now tired but the baby precious memories we will hold dear .

Excelentes vacaciones cerca de Moraira
El alojamiento ha cumplido con lo que buscábamos en tiempos COVID: una villa totalmente amueblada y equipada con todo lo necesario para pasar un tiempo de relax. Todo estaba muy limpio. Nos ha gustado mucho la piscina y la temperatura del agua. El dueño (ingles) es super simpático, disponible para todo y encima nos aconseja donde ir/comer/visitar/etc... Vamos, un "super host". Conclusión - a repetir, si nos surge nueva oportunidad. PD: las fotos cumplen completamente con la realidad de la Villa.

Relajantes vacaciones familiares
Pasamos unos días de vacaciones muy relajantes en la Villa Ra. La Villa es una casa en el estilo español, muy familiar, muy limpia, con todas las comodidades, y en un paraje mediterráneo hermoso. El mobiliario es rústico, y el dueño cuida hasta de los pequeños detalles como carbón para la barbacoa, gafas para el buceo, mapas del área, sombreros para el sol, o paraguas (a los que se prácticamente nunca necesita). Sobre la mesa del salón encontramos una pequeña carpeta sobre Ra, el dios del sol, sobre los detalles de la casa y su uso, y con informaciones turísticas sobre supermercados, restaurantes, urgencias médicas etc., deporte y ocio, playas y excursiones.

Simply Perfect
Just returned from an amazing 2 weeks at Villa Ra. There's only one word to describe it...PERFECT!! The villa itself was superb, with everything you could possibly want and more supplied. The films went down a storm with our children on the evenings, meaning we could relax and take in the peaceful surroundings. All of the rooms and furnishings were so well maintained and comfortable, meaning it was difficult to leave when the time came. It really did feel like a home away from home. I would highly recommend this villa to anybody and will hopefully be visiting again soon.

Nous venons de passer 2 semaines à la Villa Ra. Belle vue sur la mer sans vis à vis. Bien équipée !! Seul bémol mais qui n est pas lié à la villa, le village de Moraira n est pas adapté à notre style de vacances : pas de halles, 1 seul marché de fruits et légumes par semaine, plage bondée de parasols des 10 heures.

3rd visit to this villa so knew to expect good time. Has everything we want - space, peace everything needed for self-catering and so on. Liked the air-conned bedroom which has been installed since our last visit 2 years ago. Pool is great. Used bbq frequently. Has main UK TV if you want it. Good WiFi.

My late wife and I enjoyed many family holidays in the area with friends and eventually we bought Villa Ra between us. Every year we upgraded and improved the villa to what you see today. In 2016 I was pleased to become the sole owner of Villa Ra.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

When we first viewed Villa Ra we entered, as you must, through a street door and down steps to the pool terrace. We were all hooked by Villa Ra before we even entered the villa, such was the magical feel and the open green views that we all experienced. The decision was instant . . . . . "If there's nothing seriously wrong, it's sold!" We later learned that it's after dark when Villa Ra becomes something even more special. It takes on a magical calmness and becomes a tranquil paradise.

It's perfect! The naya (sun room) faces south, as does the pool terrace. So both are always sunny. In winter when those in nearby villas have headed inside as the shade reaches them, Villa Ra is still sunny and warm.
