So many things wrong
Where do I start. When we got there it was so hot in the house, had to contact the owner because he controls it through nest and he is in New York and didn’t turn the air on till the next day. We had to leave the house because it was so hot. The couch was broken, chairs wobbly (felt like they would break when sitting in them) no light bulbs in lamps, only one light bulb in dinning chandelier, missing/ broken blinds on windows and sliding door, no light in one bedroom at all, top of fridge was black with so much dirt that we had to clean it, no toilet paper, paper towels or trash bags, in the master bedroom there was dog hair all over the carpet so bad that it’s all over our luggage and inside to, screwdriver in the front bedroom window to keep it closed. At some point the heat got turned on and the house was hot for hours until it finally cooled down. The pool was dirty and we didn’t even use it. When we first got there he said he was going to come into town to fix things and missed his flight and didn’t get to the house until 4 days later after he went to a tow truck convention. Showed up on Sunday and was supposed to fix stuff but never came back till the next day while we were gone and did not offer any money back.
