Thank you for your detailed feedback—we’re really glad to hear you enjoyed the views, the patio, and the quiet neighborhood, and that you had a good overall stay. It’s great to know the beach access and setting helped make your trip to Oceanside memorable. We also truly appreciate you taking the time to point out the areas that need attention. Your comments about the windows, sliding doors, and screens are especially helpful, and we’re already looking into repairs and replacements to improve both functionality and comfort. The notes about the bed placement, furniture comfort, and kitchen items have been shared with our team as well so we can make practical adjustments for future guests. Regarding the floor slope and railing, we take those concerns seriously and will have them further evaluated to ensure everything is safe and up to standard. Thanks again for staying with us and for your honest input—it helps us prioritize improvements. We’re glad Oceanside made a great impression, and we hope you’ll consider giving us another chance in the future as we continue to upgrade the property. ~The Team at Beachfront Only

Thank you for your review. Online this property is advertised as a Triplex with a semi-private beach area (shared with 2 other units in building). As a suggestion, the next time you book with us, please let reservations know if you have any questions about a property. During your next stay we want to encourage you to contact our management staff immediately if you have any issues with neighbors so we are able to address these things right when they happen to make your experience the best it can possibly be.
