"Ocean Breeze" Dieses Haus wurde gerade neu renoviert worden und verfügt über einen privaten Pool. Nur 80 Schritte bis zum Strand Promenade. Dies ist ein großartiger Ort südlich von Thomas Dr. Das Haus hat vier Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder, neue große Küche, Esszimmer, Wohnzimmer und Bildschirm Florida Zimmer mit Kühlschrank auf der Rückseite des Hauses mit Blick über privaten Pool mit sechs Fuß Privatsphäre Zaun. Es hat eine schöne professionell angelegten Garten mit überdachter Parkplatz für zwei Autos und zusätzliche Parkplätze für zwei weitere Autos.

Es gibt Klimaanlage und kostenfreiem WLAN. Die große Küche ist neu renoviert mit neuen Geräten importierten italienischen Fliesen auf Arbeitsplatten und backsplash mit Wohnbereich, Kohler Spülbecken und Mikrowelle eingebaut, Kühlschrank mit Wasser und Eis in der Tür.

Die Zimmer verfügen über ein Kingsize-in ein, zwei großen Betten in einem, Königin in einem Schlafzimmer, Voll in einem und zwei Schlafsofas im Wohnzimmer. Schlafen insgesamt 14 Personen.

Bei der Rückkehr für den Strand gibt es eine Außendusche bequem auf der rechten Seite des Hauses.

Diese Eigenschaft ist 3 min. zum Einkaufen, Restaurants, Golf und Freizeitparks. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the house. The layout was perfect for a large group like our family. Access to the beach was approximately 60 yards and the beach itself was amazing. The backyard was a peaceful place to relax after a day at the beach and have a steak off the grill. Tom and Linda were awesome to work with.

We had an amazing stay! This location is everything. Pretty much 10-20 minutes from everything you want to do. Literally less than a minute walk from the most beautiful emerald beach with sugar sand! The house is clean and supplies most of the cooking items you need for your stay. Looks just like the pictures. In walking distance of some great local eating places. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to booking again. 28 minutes from the airport as well.

Loved our stay. Newly renovated kitchen was gorgeous. Plenty of dishes and cooking utensils for eating at home. Grandkids loved the new bunk room. House was immaculate with furniture freshly cleaned. Mattresses were extremely comfortable. Very close to the beach. Communication with Jill was excellent. Looking forward to a return visit again soon.

Lovely Thanksgiving Holiday
This was a great spot for our large family. The kitchen provided enough space and resources to prepare a traditional Thanksgiving meal. It was great being so close to the beach access. The beach in this area is beautiful. We loved the fact that our two dogs could join our family at this property. The sunroom and outdoor area was perfect for our young adult children to play games and enjoy each other’s company.

Amazing Home
I have stayed in this home many times and it just keeps getting better and better. The updates to the driveway, walkways and yard are beautiful. The house was very clean and the property managers Steve and Julie are very nice and responded quickly with any questions I had. The owners Jill and Tammy are wonderful to work with and make renting the property a smooth experience. The home is very close to the beach and just a short drive to Pier Park. Captain Jack’s across the street is great if you want all you can eat crab legs. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in PCB.

Great location. Super easy booking and check in. Clean and plenty of room. Outside area really nice, furniture was well worn but kind of expected in a rental and not at all off putting. We had a small problem with the air on the last night but the local contact came right over and helped us get the problem fixed. I would love to stay there again and will recommend to others 🤗😊

Very nice place to stay with our family and very convenient to the beach. Loved the back room going to the pool we stayed in there most of the time. We enjoyed our stay very much as the house provided a nice location to relax with a very nice backyard and pool. Overall very clean but could be better. The house is located very near the beach providing just a short walk. The neighborhood was fine. The property to the right appears unused which created a negative curb appearance. The properties to the left and behind were very nice but too close as the noise was a definite drawback. All in all, we truly enjoyed our stay and found many wonderful restaurants and attractions just a short distance away.

Wonderful home with an even better location!
We absolutely loved staying here! The home was beautiful as there some updates to the home and backyard. We loved the multiple spaces that our large group could hang out! The pool and the outdoor shower were some of our favorite parts. The house is so close to the beach, about a 30 second walk. We would definitely recommend staying here!!

Jill and Tammy are sisters and co-owners of Ocean Breeze. We bought in Panama City Beach as we plan to retire there. We grew up in Birmingham AL and went to Auburn University. Our careers have taken us to California and Maui at the present time, but we love Panama City Beach and we plan to return.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

As kids and young adults our family always came to Panama City Beach to vacation. We have always loved the beautiful white sand beaches, the emerald water and the quaintness of PCB. We have both traveled extensively and we still think PCB has the best beaches of anywhere.

Das macht diese Unterkunft einzigartig

We bought our home for the one level, beautiful brick and large backyard. There is a beautiful pool and privacy fence, a large screened in Florida room for spending lots of time outside and playing games. We liked the location as it very close to the beach, but also very close to most of the activities that PCB has to offer.
