Three bedroom, two bath upstairs condo conveniently located near San Jose International Airport. Easy access to downtown San Jose and the Santa Clara convention center. The unit is housed within a community, just steps to the shared community pool (available during open season/hours only).

Serenity Executive Rentals is a professional hosting company with multiple homes in the area. All of our homes are furnished and decorated to the same high standard.

ACCESS
The home is equipped with a keyless combination lock for easy access. For added security, the code changes after every guest. Tenants have access to shared community pool during open season/hours only. The open season is typically June, July and August. The HOA may opt to close the pool without notice.

KITCHEN
The kitchen should be amply equipped to comfortably cook and serve guests up to the maximum occupancy at the home. We provide an initial supply of coffee, tea, creamer, sugar, salt/pepper, cooking oil, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher pods (if applicable), trash bags, sponges and paper towels.

BATHROOMS
There should be enough clean towel sets (bath & hand towels, wash cloths) for every guest up to the maximum occupancy at the home. We also provide an initial supply of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and toilet paper. There should be at least one hair dryer in one of the bathrooms.

LAUNDRY
A washer and dryer are available for guest use, along with an initial supply of laundry detergent and liquid bleach.

PARKING
The unit has a detached, small 1-car garage. Street parking is also available outside the complex for larger or extra vehicles. Guests may only park in the assigned garage or on the street outside the complex. Cars parked inside the complex will be towed by the HOA at guest's expense.

ENTERTAINMENT
The home is equipped with hi-speed WiFi, an HD TV, and Hi-Def basic cable.

HEATING/COOLING
This home is equipped with heat. Fans are provided in warmer months to assist with cooling, along with the tips provided in the Renter's Guide.

EXTRA SERVICES/OPTIONS
Pack-N-Play (PNP) available upon request with 3 business days notice. IMPORTANT: Guests should bring their own bedding for the PNP.

Upon advance request and approval, we can arrange to have the following items added to your reservation for your stay. The flat fees for these items are as follows:

AGREEMENT ADDENDUM: The following serves as an addendum to the reservation and rental agreement entered into between the parties via the website of the company used to complete the reservation, as well as its affiliate sites.

BOOKING POLICIES
* Stays of 3 weeks or more require professional cleanings every 2 weeks. There is an additional charge per cleaning per home/unit, which will be collected after the reservation is confirmed as booked.
* Reservation cancellations: As per booking website. We do not offer refunds beyond those outlined in the cancellation policy on the booking website.
* Reservation changes: we take changes only at our discretion, and may charge a change fee.
* Host collects a refundable $750 security deposit, which is refunded (less damages/policy violations) within 14 days after departure. 

HOUSE RULES + EXTRA CHARGES
* No smoking (anything). Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction, forfeiture of rent, security deposit, and $250 fee for odor removal.
* No parties/events/gatherings. Only the people listed at the time of booking are allowed to be on the property without prior written permission. Reservation may not be sublet. Unauthorized parties/events/gatherings will result in immediate eviction, forfeiture of rent, security deposit, and extra charges for deep cleaning and damages.
* No pets unless explicitly indicated as allowed in the listing.
* Quiet hours are 10pm-8am. Noise complaints from neighbors at any hour will result in $300 charge per complaint, eviction after second complaint.
* No using fireplace(s) unless explicitly stated as OK in the Renter's Guide, or burning anything inside or outside the home, including candles and incense. Doing so will result in $150 charge, plus any damages caused.
* Do not move any of the furniture or décor. Extra charge of $250 applies for violation, plus any damages.
* Guests are responsible for following garbage protocol outlined in Renter's Guide. Not putting bins out for collection, putting waste in the incorrect bins resulting in the city not collecting, or leaving excess garbage in this home will result in $50 for each violation. 
* Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the home during their stay. Excess mess within the home beyond reasonable use will result in $75 charge per extra hour required to return the home to the condition it was in upon your arrival. (The pre-paid cleaning fee covers 3 hours of our cleaners' time.)
* Guests must return all keys, parking passes, garage remotes etc that were provided at the start of their stay, and will be charged for the cost of replacement if not returned. Cost varies depending upon the type of item, but ranges between $100 and $250.
* In the event personal belongings are left behind and our staff need to coordinate their return to you, a $40 processing fee will apply, plus any shipping costs.

Nice neighborhood close to everything.
We had a great stay. The purpose of our trip was to take in a 49ers game. This property was conveniently located to Levi Stadium. We also went to San Francisco on Saturday and the trip took about an our. I would recommend staying here.

Decent and Affordable
The Good: * Very comfortable beds & furniture * Great proximity to coffee shops & restaurants * Decently equipped kitchen The Could be Better: * The place needs freshened up. Dishwasher & oven are decades old, dryer frequently does not heat enough to dry clothes. *. Upon arrival, towels were stacked in closet very wet & we had to further dry them prior to use (housekeeping likely gave up because dryer works so poorly) * Unit was without water for a full day. Not the fault of property managers as we understand repairs need to be made, but it was rather inconvenient when four adults & a child needed to shower, eat and flush toilets. No modest compensation was offered by property management. * Wall outlet in one bedroom is hanging out of wall and looks dangerous. Property management was informed via check-in survey but we never heard back. Perhaps they’ve since made repairs. * No heat upon arrival. There’s a switch in the furnace closet that must be in the ‘on’ position, but one must call the property managers to learn that. In general, the place is adequate, not exceptional. Like staying at a Best Western, one can expect it to have comfortable beds and be reasonably clean, and we often stay at such places. And like Best Western, this property is not trying to be a Four Seasons hotel.
