This 3 bedroom/2.5 bath 2880 square foot condo is in a beautiful, small beachfront complex just south of San Pedro on Ambergris Caye. You'll have a fabulous view of the sea from the large veranda — enjoy coffee, drinks & meals while gazing at the Caribbean!



Miramar Villa #8 is on the second floor (no elevator) and has a spacious open plan kitchen/living area including dining area with large table. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need including a dishwasher. The wrap-around covered veranda has an area for dining as well as furniture for relaxing; many guests have found spending time here to be the highlight of their stay!



The main bedroom has a king bed, en suite bath, and veranda access. The second bedroom has a queen (& private sink/vanity) and the third bedroom has two twins (each with trundle); these two bedrooms share a Jack & Jill full bath and are towards the back of the condo. There is also a half bath off the entry hall & 2 futons in the living room if needed for extra sleeping spots. The washer & dryer are just outside the front door (& for exclusive use of this unit).



Wifi, cable, AC & a grill are just a few of the other great amenities you’ll enjoy.

Miramar Villas are located 2.5 miles/4 km south of San Pedro’s town core, which means you are away from the crowds yet still within easy reach of everything. In the neighborhood we have:



--Suya Tour operator (1 minute walk)

--Marin’s, a small grocery store (2 minute walk)

--A couple of good restaurants (4-10 minute walk)



And there are more shopping, restaurant & entertainment options on the way to & in town, which is not far away!



The Belize Barrier Reef, the longest in the western hemisphere, is very close to shore making the area ideal for scuba diving, snorkeling and fishing; other water sports are also popular!



It's easy to take a day trip to the mainland to visit Maya sites such as Altun Ha and Lamanai; or to observe some of the 500 species of birds found in Belize and/or catch a glimpse of monkeys, manatees and crocodiles in the wild!
