The property assigns unit numbers at check-in (for all guests). All of the 2BR units for rent are exactly as shown online with the same bedding, furniture, décor, layout, kitchens, bathrooms, etc. High floors are provided on a first come, first serve basis. Floors 3 through 7 have an excellent view. Floor requests are only taken in person during the pre-registration. Property allows pre-registration as early as 10am, on the day of your arrival.

The Resort on Cocoa Beach is a very nice and clean resort property in the center of Cocoa Beach with plenty of fun activities for the whole family. The convenient location brings you close to Kennedy Space Center, Port Canaveral and within an hour from Orlando, FL. The building is located directly on Cocoa Beach and the condo provides a view of the Atlantic Ocean. This deluxe two-bedroom condo has two full bathrooms and a full kitchen. The condo sleeps up to six people. It is equipped with a washer and dryer. There is a TV in each bedroom and the living room. The master bathroom features a jacuzzi tub. This is an amazing condo with lots of space, very clean, well maintained, and plenty of amenities. For families with infants and toddlers, cribs and high chairs can be provided free of charge (upon request & subject to availability).
