Reviewer Comments:
The rented condo, itself, was a very nice place. Nice amenities, comfortable, kitchen had all the tools needed to prepare a meal, bedrooms/baths were nice, etc. However, the internet in the condo did not work, which meant no TV and no way to get work done on the computer when not skiing. Also, the design of the building blocked cell service, which meant no internet access via cell service. This condo was on the third floor of the building with no elevator. That was not mentioned in the condo description. Had to lug all the luggage up the stairs from the garage. And, Mammoth Reservations did not help resolve the lack of internet challenge. Mammoth Reservations were called many, many times and couldn't get through to them. Apparently, they turn off their phone system access when they don't want to take calls. Kept trying to get in contact with Mammoth Reservations, finally, after too many phone calls, finally talked with a customer service person who said they would fix the internet challenge. The internet issue never got resolved. I paid $800 for two days rental, internet was supposed to be included, it was not. And, I went to the Mammoth Reservations office in town to discuss the lack of internet with the office manager. The people in the office seemed reluctant to talk with me, they told me to send an email to the general email inbox and it would get to the manager. Bottom line, condo was OK, Mammoth Reservations was awful to deal with, the condo, without internet, was not worth the $800 rental charge.
