This reservation has a Relaxed cancellation policy. Guests who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. Cancellations between 7 and 14 days before check-in, 50% will be refunded. No refunds for cancellations less than 7 days.

Our house rules: no smoking in or around the cottage, no parties or events, no pets, no shoes or sandals worn on carpets, no open fires. Garage not included.
