To start, we were very pleased with this condo in Park City. The unit was perfectly located in relation to all the fun, shopping and eateries in downtown Park City. The Old Town Lift was less than a block from the condo and easily seen from the patio. Trails for hiking, running or biking were literally within a half mile to the east or west. Each weekend day there was a festival to be enjoyed one block away on Main Street. The directions provided on the very informative check in email were easy to follow but the directions on how to access the unit from the ground floor were inaccurate. However, a quick call to the Park City Lodging desk provided directions on accessing the unit. After then, access was a snap. The unit was very well appointed with multiple televisions, desk, comfy beds and large walk in shower. Though we did not cook, it was clear the kitchen had ample implements to do some serious cooking. The refrigerator, range, oven and microwave appeared very new. There was even a Keurig and separate drip coffee machine to please all java drinkers. The parking garage spot was a bit tight but not unreasonable.
There were only two issues we had with the unit. First, was the temperature in the main bedroom at night. Despite keeping the thermostat low leading to being chilly in the rest of the condo, at night, the main bedroom was very warm and stuffy. When we opened the windows the airflow and temperature improved but the noise of downtown forced us to close the windows. Which brings me to the second issue. The noise outside our window was pretty significant. The Sysco delivery truck arrives each day prior to 7 am and parks just below the units window. Also, on at least one day of the week, the garbage truck arrives very early in the am to dump the 20 or so trash cans in the entryway to the garage, again, right below the window. On weekends, when there is a festival, there is a large amount of noise as the trucks delivering tents and chairs do so 20-30 yards from the window. Finally, the drunk and rowdies tend to walk under the windows after the bars close. These were not insurmountable issues but prospective clients should be aware. Earplugs and a box fan seemed to correct the problems.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay in this Park City Condo. Our memories are very positive. We would recommend the condo to all.
