We provide a private hot tub, a large fully equipped kitchen with a dual oven and wine fridge, and a large fridge with filtered water and ice dispenser, so you can relax and enjoy your stay with everything you need.

If you're looking for entertainment, we've got you covered with two movie rooms, a barbecue, a sunroom, and yoga mats for a little zen time.

Great Penticton holiday
Penticton is such a great place in the summer, and the house had everything we needed (and more!!) my daughter was SO happy with the toys upstairs, and there was more than enough room for everyone. Our only concern was the lack of secondary egress from the basement room, we were hesistant about staying down there but needed the extra bed.

Location, location
Easy walking distance to Main Street and main breweries and restaurants. Took us about 20 mins to get to Lake Okanagan. Cody was answered questions quickly. There is lots of parking on the street. The AC isn’t quite powerful to make it to the upstairs loft bedroom, we managed to get it cooled down in the evenings by opening the windows in the loft. I would stay again or recommend staying there to others.

Girls Wine Tasting Get-a-away
The owners have done a great job sprucing up this older home. The furnishings are all new, stylish, comfortable, and clean. The home is located about a 20 minute walk from the beach. It is on a bit of a busy road, which is why the location rating is 4 and not 5. However, the bedrooms are set at the back of the house and are nice and quiet. The home is well equipped and provided a comfortable, and affordable space for us to gather and enjoy our getaway. The back deck is spacious and sunny, and the hottub was lovely after a chilly day. Cody was excellent to deal with, and very responsive. We very much enjoyed our stay!

We bought the Meritage House property because we saw an opportunity to create a space that fosters connection and unforgettable memories. Our goal was to provide a unique vacation rental that would cater to different types of groups, from families to friends to executives, with top-notch amenities and a central location.

We wanted to offer a comfortable and stylish space where guests could relax and unwind while enjoying everything that wine country has to offer. From the fully equipped kitchen to the private patio with twinkle lights, hot tub, movie room, games room, barbecue, comfortable loft space, and yard games, we wanted to create an environment where our guests could have endless entertainment options.

We also chose this property because of its location. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, our property is just a short walk or drive away from some of the best destinations in the area, including Okanagan Beach, Bad Tatoo Brewing, Bogner's restaurant, the casino, South Okanagan Events Center, downtown shopping, and over 12 restaurants.

Additionally, driving destinations like Skaha Beach, Four Shadows winery, Naramata Bench, tube floating channel, Apex Mountain Ski Resort, Penticton's Farmers Market, and movie theater are all easily accessible within a short drive.

Overall, we bought this property with the goal of creating a unique and memorable vacation rental that would provide guests with the ultimate wine-country experience.
