The Space:

Climb the steps and open the door to ArTease5— a spacious two-bedroom pied-a-terre with a vibrant, modern aesthetic. In the living area, a vivid and creative art mural and a graphic print area rug add exciting energy to the cozy space. A forest green sofa faces the huge flatscreen television create the perfect spot to watch a great movie or catch up on your favorite TV show. Throughout the entire apartment are gorgeous, gleaming Carrera marble floor tiles. Located on the second floor.

The kitchen is open to the living area and features clean, white shaker cabinets and sleek quartz countertops. The sparkling stainless steel appliances include a dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, microwave, and a range. The kitchen is outfitted with everything you need— from the toaster to the coffee maker— to prepare meals and snacks with ease. A glass-top dining table has seating for four people. Tucked into the corner is a convenient utility closet with a stackable washer and dryer.

Each of the two bedrooms provides a quiet, serene space to rest and recharge, protected from outdoor noise by state of the art hurricane impact windows. The first bedroom features a queen-size bed with a simple yet gorgeous mix of soft pinks and clean white lines facing a mounted flatscreen television. This bedroom also has a large closet for storing your gear. The second bedroom also has a comfy queen-size bed, flatscreen television, and spacious closet. The minimalistic design styled with a colorful rug adds a touch of art in this spacious bedroom. In the full bathroom, you'll find a marble vanity sink and a spa-like step-in shower with a soothing overhead rain shower head.

Neighborhood Overview:

Just north of downtown Miami and just west of Miami Beach, Wynwood was once a collection of empty warehouses. Thanks to the vision of Tony Goldman, the neighborhood's developer, the area has undergone a complete renaissance since the early 2000's. Tony saw the dusty magic hiding under the derelict brick walls and commissioned the giant vibrant murals that have become synonymous with the Wynwood art scene.

Now, with that renaissance complete, the Wynwood Wall is the reality that Tony imagined. Tickets are available in advance to witness the talent of more than 35 murals painted by world-famous artists. If you'd like to purchase a memento of your trip to Miami and Wynwood, there are more than 70 galleries from which to choose, with pieces in all price points. There's a lot more to love about Wynwood than just its art. Take a walk along the main thoroughfare of Northwest 2nd Ave. and meander down its side streets to find some of the area's best loved breweries, restaurants, and shops. Breweries like Wynwood Brewing Company and Cerveceria La Tropical sit adjacent to independent boutiques, taquerias, food halls and bars. Drink a beer al fresco at Gramp, and have yourself some fun in the outdoor spaces. If coffee is more your thing, stop in to Panther Coffee before heading out for the day's adventures. When it's time for a bite to eat, we love The Salty, Coyo Taco and Zak The Baker. We could shop for hours at boutiques such as Frangipani and Wynwood Tribe, which carry both made-in-Miami and international merchandise.

All guests must sign our rental agreement as mandated by Florida Law.

The minimum rental age is 25. A picture ID must be provided to the company no less than 72 hours before arrival.
An accurate guest count must be provided
No parties or events. If unauthorized persons are discovered on the premises, guests will be subject to additional fees and/or immediate eviction
Quiet time is from 10pm - 8am
No smoking or vaping. If evidence is discovered of either smoking or vaping, the guest will be subject to a fine of up to $1,000
Pets not allowed.
If you have little ones we offer a Baby bundle: Pack-n-play with a thicker mattress & a high chair for $65 per stay. Baby bundles must be requested and paid 48 hours prior to your reservation start date.
Please note that our vendors, landscaper and pool cleaner (If applicable), visit our homes at least twice a week for service. Our vendors will never enter the home and have permission to work outside.
Commercial vehicles may be approved by management. Please inquire if you would like to bring your commercial vehicle.
The property must be locked and secured when guests are not in it.

Mail:
Guests may not receive mail at this location or at our office. Any mail received will be RETURNED TO SENDER. We cannot accept responsibility for helping you to recover any lost mail or packages.

Cleanliness:

This property is not corporate-owned. It belongs to an individual, just like you. Please treat this home with the respect and courtesy it deserves and leave it in the same excellent condition as you found it.
We welcome quiet couples and families in all of our rentals. Please note that no parties of any size, events, or conferences are permitted in this property. If we discover that guests have violated this rule, we reserve the right to immediately evict all persons on the property and/or assess a fine.
If the property is left exceptionally dirty, such as perishable foods left in the kitchen, dirty dishes in the sink, furniture rearranged, or trash not taken out, we may assess an additional fee of up to $500.

Late Checkout:

Please note that check-out time is promptly at 10am. This is so that our housekeeping staff may prepare the property for the next guest. If you need additional time, contact us immediately and we'll try to accommodate you, though this cannot be guaranteed.
If you fail to check out by 10am, you will be charged half of the nightly rate for the property. Failure to vacate the property at the agreed-upon check-out time is considered trespassing.

Same-Day Bookings:

Same-day bookings with no past Airbnb reviews are subject to additional scrutiny and require approval from the company. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay.
If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. Your phone number must match the phone number on your Airbnb account or we will not be able to honor your reservation.
Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00pm. All same-day reservations require at least 3 hours before check-in. We may have to extend check-in time to later than 4:00pm.

Internet/Cable:

The company is not responsible for outages by Internet and Cable companies. While we regret the interruption and inconvenience, we have no control over internet or cable issues.
The same way these providers do not reimburse us for their equipment failures or outages, we cannot accept accountability or offer refunds or reimbursements to guests.
Copyright Infringement:

Absolutely no illegal downloads. We will charge $50 if discovered.

Privacy:

This property is equipped with security cameras on the outside of the property. These cameras are using during the check-in process to verify identity and guest count. If there is an incident, we will review the footage. There are no cameras inside any property.

Starter Supplies
We provide enough trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and other home items for about 3 days of use. Beyond that, it is the responsibility of the guest to replenish these items.

Had a nice stay, the place was equipped with most of the basic needs. Very clean and quiet inside the unit. I liked that we had our own parking space as well. Met all of our needs.

Passable, but not very clean, fussy check in.
Stayed here three nights… Relatively accurate description, very very fussy check in process in which we had to send in a whole pile of documentation including a utility bill! Never been chased like this before… Questions on top of questions on top of questions. The place was OK… Not really prepared for guests properly - lots of dust and hair everywhere… Even on the walls somehow! Some dead bugs and a quite a few ants. Plenty of room, and really could have been nice if better prepared… AC was old and fussy as well– we made do, but for the price point we expected better, and certainly didn’t expect to have to prove our identity over and over again with photos of IDs and utility bills and so on!
