Getting Around:
It’s very easy to get around the area as the neighborhood leads you out to two major highways. The townhome is 27 miles | 43 km from the Orlando International Airport (MCO) and is located inside the Reunion Resort community.

**PLEASE NOTE, this property does not have access to Encore at Reunion Resort Community Amenities nor the Water Park onsite.**
The pool heating service is only available from November to the end of April.
There is no daily housekeeping service but a mid-stay cleaning service can be requested for an additional fee. Please let us know in advance so we can coordinate.
We provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive like paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, trash bags in all trash cans, and a roll of toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner. These items however are not replenished. When you run out, you’ll have to buy more.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
Early check in subject to availability with an additional fee.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
Interaction with Guests:
You can check yourself in using the electronic keypad on the door. The home is located in a community that provides 24/7 guard-gated security. All the access codes and information to gain entry will be provided 24 hours before your arrival.
