E201 is a fully furnished three bedroom standard condominium that will accommodate eight guests with it's spacious 1975sq. feet floor plan. E201 has an incredible direct view of the E building pool and the Gulf of Mexico.

The living room has a flat screen TV/cable & DVD player, Leather Sofa & Love seat and two occasional chairs. It has floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony.

The dining area includes a table that will seat six, and floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that lead to balcony.

The kitchen is renovated, has granite counter tops, fully equipped with all major kitchen appliances, glass top cook top and all the small appliances.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, ceiling fan, a flat screen TV/cable, one sitting chairs and a bench, floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony and a walk in shower with seat.

The second bedroom has two queen size beds, ceiling fan, a flat screen TV/cable, a chair, and floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony.

The third bedroom has a King size bed, ceiling fan, a flat screen TV/cable, a sitting chair, and ceiling to floor sliding glass doors to its own small private balcony along with a stationary window that looks over Thomas Drive.

The guest bathroom has a a walk-in shower.

There is a full size washer/dryer, vinyl laminate throughout the condo.

View- directly faces the water, you can also see down the beach East/West, with a sunset view. You can also view the D/E pool area from the balcony.
