The master bedroom has a king sized bed and ensuite bathroom with a roomy shower recess, while the 2nd bedroom comes with 2 king single beds which can be pushed together to create another king bed if desired. Getting Around:
The apartment comes with an undercover security parking space, but if you prefer public transport, there’s a bus stop a minute’s walk from the building with bus services taking you into Surfers Parade in one direction and Broadbeach on the other.

* Due to strict no noise no party policies in Strata buildings or local council by laws we will be enforcing the NO PARTY NO NOISE POLICY - This will mean that we will be able to force an eviction if these terms are breached. If this is he case we hold the right to hold on security deposit and booking amount for compensation for the purpose of any damage, missing keys and potential penalties from the body corporate or local government authority.
