The home is close to a number of other beaches great for daytime swimming or evening sunset-watching. Wind down in roomy 8 person hot tub!

Cabin Retreat features all new furnishings in an airy living space near its open-concept kitchen. A loft overlooks the bright main living area for an added feel of togetherness. Its finished basement provides yet another hang out area for unwinding, game-playing, or enjoying a movie together. The home has two bathrooms and four bedrooms, comfortably sleeping ten people:

Bedroom #4: Open loft with twin daybed with trundle bed

Your comfort and convenience is our priority, so Cabin Retreat is air-conditioned, includes three TVs, and has wifi throughout the home. Step outside to find great yard space, a fire pit, and a large upper-level deck complete with a dining area for breakfast, lunch, and dinner alike. The driveway has room for four cars.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Our cancellation policy is as follows:
-100% refund (minus a VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
-50% refund (minus a VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
-No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before the reservation date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

MANAGEMENT

This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels, a starter supply of paper and cleaning products and after hours emergency maintenance services.
