Blairgowrie is a breezy seaside town situated near the western tip of the Mornington Penninsula. Sandwiched between calm Port Phillip to the north and the battering waves of the Bass Strait to the south, the suburb offers an ideal destination for a beachside holiday. Famous for its strikingly rugged south face and pier which is the most popular recreational scuba diving site in the whole of Port Phillip. With its quaint Australiana atmosphere, stunning landscape and quiet streets it's no wonder Blairgowrie is a popular holiday destination.

There are two bus stops an 11 minutes walk away on St Johns Wood Road which operates a route to Safety Beach.

There are plenty of taxi and ride-sharing options readily available throughout Mornington Penninsula. Though we recommend pre-booking due to low availabilities.

The property is approximately a 1-hour 30-minute drive away from Melbourne's CBD.

- Please keep the noise level to a minimum between 10pm and 8am for neighbours. Excessive noise could lead to an on-the-spot AUD500 fine and/or eviction from the property.
