This is the perfect accommodation layout for 2 families!

This freshly renovated 2 storey beach house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen upstairs, with another bedroom, kitchen and bathroom downstairs with separate balconies.

Located up the hill, it has fabulous Indian Ocean views from Long Point in the north to Mandurah in the south.

It has been beautifully styled with coastal colours amidst a breezy colour palette awash with ocean cues. Inspired by the Hamptons, this beach property blends classic weatherboard, natural wooden floorboards, bright whites and deep blues.

Pack your beach items away when you come through the striking floor tiled entrance.

The master bedroom has a Queen bed, bedside tables with lamps and wardrobe. Ensuite has waterfall shower, toilet and single vanity.

Ocean views can be enjoyed straight from the second bedroom’s Queen bed. It also has bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe and the glass sliding doors lead directly onto the balcony from this room.

The third bedroom has a Double bed, bedside tables with lamps and wardrobe.

There is a daybed for an additional person in the open annex off the kitchen.

The main bathroom has a shower, toilet and single vanity.

The main kitchen has a breakfast bench with 2 stools, stainless steel fridge, oven, induction stovetop, Nespresso pod coffee machine, microwave and dishwasher.

With large windows soaking up the ocean views, the upstairs balcony is ready for a relaxing sunset drink or morning coffee on the outdoor setting.

The open plan living area has a dining table and couch in front of the TV. Portable heaters and fans are provided. Windows open straight onto WA’s famous summer afternoon breeze.

Located downstairs, the fourth bedroom has a Queen bed, bedside table with lamp and wardrobe. Quality bed linen, bathroom towels and beach towels are supplied.

The second kitchen has a breakfast bench with 2 stools, mini fridge, oven, 4 burner gas stovetop, Nespresso pod coffee machine and microwave. Complimentary tea, coffee pods and long-life milk are provided.

This balcony has an outdoor setting for 2 to soak up the views.

This second living area has a dining table with seating for 4 and comfortable couch in front of the mounted TV, and split system reverse cycle air-conditioning (heating/cooling).

The bathroom has a shower, toilet and single vanity. Complimentary starter pack of Outback Essence guest amenities supplied in each bathroom. Fragrances are selected from various parts of Australia, providing guests with a truly Australian experience.

In addition to the 2 separate balconies, your group can take in the stunning sunsets and ocean breeze from the outdoor bar table upstairs with bar stools and a BBQ.

The laundry is located outside with a clear lid top loader washing machine, Simpson dryer, single trough and an undercover clothesline for the beach towels.

Singleton has spectacular coastline with clear waters, 2.5km of pristine white sand. Singleton Beach is appreciated by both surfers and body boarders for its consistent waves, averaging over one metre. It’s also regarded as a good beach fishing spot, with mulloway and tailor in good supply. This coastal suburb is a popular spot for family visits, with the Vista Play Park offering a great covered climbing frame and flying fox for the kids and free exercise equipment at Harmony Park. Just 2km to local shopping centre with Woolworths.

Lovely place to stay 🙂
Such a great place, very well stocked with everything you need. Communication with Executive Escapes was superb 🙂 Not accessible to anyone with compromised mobility wont be able to access this property sadly because of the steps.

Week in singleton
Property is in a good location. Nice and quiet, beach across the road and mandurah is a short drive if you're wanting the hustle and bustle vibes. It's a good place for a few mates to get together and catch up or a family with older kids who can do their own thing. The property itself is nice enough but nothing flash. My wife and 1 year old came down for the first night and left the next day as there is no where for a young kid to play. Even if there was artificial lawn installed with a nice garden bed surrounding it that would be perfect. I think because of that, the price is a bit too much especially when it is off season. I'd expect that price during school holidays. But overall as a work trip it was a nice stay so thank you

Nice, off the beaten path location - super handy for beach
Nice, off the beaten path location, great for beach lovers and large groups. The 'double' house arrangement could appeal to many, we just used the upstairs ourselves. House is spacious and recently refurbished. The accommodation is well suited to a beach holiday in good weather, only aspect which might be worth reflecting was a lack of upstairs soft seating - the larger sofa area is in the downstairs part of the property. Singleton is served by a new shopping mall (Woolies, BSW etc) which is convenient, plus there are options in the town itself for coffee, takeaway etc.
