The Space:
Guests will use the exterior staircase to get to the front door. The home will be accessed using a digital keypad. Once inside, you will be welcomed into the living space with dining nook. This space is furnished with a full-sized sleeper sofa, large SmartTV, and dining set.
Off to your left, you will find the fully-equipped kitchen. The space has an efficient layout making it quick and easy to throw together your favorite meal! All essential cookware, dishes, and silverware are provided!
Down the hall, just on the other side of the kitchen and living room, you will find both bedrooms and the bathroom. The main bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has a double bed.
The backyard has a full set up and is the perfect spot to hang out in the evenings! A charcoal grill, fire pit, and picnic tables are available for all of my guests to use!
For your convenience, you will have private use of the laundry area located just below the stairs.

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

This property is located in a residential area. It is only 2 miles to downtown Pensacola, 5 miles to the Pensacola International Airport, and 6 miles to Pensacola Naval Air Station. Easy access to Interstate 110.
Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free checkin via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
