From it's cozy couches and excellent choices of art decos this apartment will surely give you luxurious vibes. The living area has ample of sitting space for your get together, comfy couches combined with patterned throw pillows will surely give you the perfect ambiance and relaxation as you watch your favorite shows in the HD TV. A wooden center table, stylish pendant light and unique wall arts make this space even more desirable.

There is a huge open-kitchen that will be your best friend if you love doing home-cooked meals for your loved ones. This fully equipped kitchen comes with cookwares, appliances, dining wares and more to make preparation as smooth as possible.

Next to the kitchen is an alluring dining area that is huge and can comfortably sit eight persons. Enjoy sumptuous meals together and share the love over the meal. Beautiful decos makes this area perfect.

There are two bedrooms that will offer you both comfort and class. Both the bedrooms are furnished with King & Queen beds fitted with ultra-soft mattress, hotel-quality linens and pillows for a good sleep you've been dreaming of. Both of the bedrooms are further furnished with bedside table with lamps, hanging lights, inbuilt cupboard, wall art & vanity space. There is also a maid's room with sofa bed (Sleeps 1) and attached bathroom.

The apartment boasts two balconies, step out and breath some fresh air while you sip your morning coffee.

Fluffy towels in each bathroom are also provided along with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion for ease in living. A welcome pack is also given to the guests upon arrival.

The Neighborhood:
Dubai Festival City is an entertainment hub in a top-notch location. Boasting major attractions, restaurants, nightlife and shopping as well as enjoying panoramic views of Dubai Creek and the exciting Dubai skyline, Dubai Festival City is an exciting and vibrant place to be.

Centrally located, Dubai Festival City (DFC) offers connectivity to a major network of roads, including Sheikh Zayed Road (E11) and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311). The Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates, beaches and waterparks are all within a short drive. The Hillside Complex is serviced by a small Spinney's supermarket but if you prefer something larger, there is a Carrefour Hypermarket in Dubai Festival City Mall, which is in walking distance or a 2-minute drive. The mall itself has everything you need - from international fashion brands, cinemas, IKEA, food courts, restaurants and bars boasting al fresco dining, as well as the spectacular fountain and lightshow attraction suitable for the whole family.

Getting Around:
Have your own car? The apartment has its own dedicated, shaded parking space. Ample parking for visitors is also available in the complex. If you prefer, Dubai Taxis, Uber and Careem are also readily available to take you anywhere you would like to go.

Travelling by metro is also an option. The nearest Metro station is Emirates station, approximately 4.8km away. Al Badia Hillside Village A1 & A2 bus stops are located on Gateway Avenue, just outside the community. Dubai Festival City is also a major pick-up point for Dubai's Sight Seeing Bus Tour, which operates 7 days a week from outside of Marks & Spencer in Festival City Mall (ask for details)
