The beautiful views, sandy beach, waves and sea views make our apartment here at Moana the perfect family getaway. A 3-bedroom dog-friendly apartment on the beautiful coastline of South Australia boasting sea views, high-quality appliances and a location that cannot be missed.

Relax and unwind in this beautiful apartment with the beautiful sea breeze in the air. Walking into the lounge room you will find an extra large couch perfect for the whole family. Dinners will be spent at the 6 seater dining table after using the luxurious 6 burner stove. Enjoy your morning coffee made with our SMEG barista coffee machine with locally sourced coffee beans on the balcony whilst the waves crash in the background. The Master bedroom overlooks the beach with a king-size bed, TV and spacious ensuite for your privacy. The second bedroom also looks out to the ocean with a queen size bed. The final bedroom perfect for the kids has 2 singles and the option for a third with a trundle bed in the room also. The main bathroom boasts a large shower perfect after a long day at the beach and also a spacious bathtub. We also have a washer/dryer perfect for long-term stays.

Moana, situated south of Adelaide between Seaford and Maslin Beach, is only around a 45 minutes drive from the Adelaide CBD. Moana is also home to one of South Australia’s best drive-on beaches! perfect for a day out with family, the beach has waves for the kids to boogie board and build sandcastles.

For a snack or a full meal, the Deep Blue Café is a popular spot to stop in and eat or grab some takeaway. Located on the corner opposite the SLSC, it’s just a short walk from the apartment and they have excellent coffee, great hot chips, cold drinks and ice creams.

You are also just a short 3-minute drive away from Seaford Central for all your shopping needs.

Adelaide’s Southern Region has so much to offer just a short drive away so the best way to utilise your holiday is by hiring a car. The property is located approximately 45 minutes from the city centre, 3 minutes to the local shopping centre and the beach on your doorstep!

Beach towels are provided to you for your convenience. Please only take the blue and white striped beach towels to the beach and leave the white towels in the apartment.

Quiet Hours are: 10PM - 8AM.

Dogs are welcomed to our property with the understanding that owners follow the below rules

Dogs have their own bed and are kept off the furniture and bedding at all times.
A thorough yard check is undertaken before you leave.
Sweep /vacuum any fur.
Cleaning and damage charges apply.
