The Space:

Upon walking into this home, you'll be greeted by ample natural light from the large windows and an open-concept that feels welcoming, airy, and just like home. To the right of the entrance are the first two bedrooms.
The first bedroom features two twin beds, a T.V., and generous closet space. The decor and bedroom furniture are sleek and modern.
The second bedroom is the primary bedroom. This gorgeous room is spacious and grand, featuring a king size bed dressed in luxurious bedding, two accent chairs, and a large mounted T.V. The decor combines bohemian touches with traditional elements to make a sophisticated but airy bedroom space.
The primary bedroom also features an ensuite bathroom. Down the hallway to the bathroom are rows of closet space for your unpacking needs. One of the closets is for owner use, but the other walk-in closet is available to guests. The toilet is in a private room to the left, and finally, you walk into the luxurious bathroom. With crisp white floors and several windows, the natural light in this bathroom will refresh you. A large and upgraded shower, a standalone bathtub, and two vanities all make this bathroom stand out.
Back to the home entrance, you'll walk right into the living room which features a roomy and very comfortable sectional sofa, accent chair, and small coffee table. Relax and enjoy a movie with your group on the large T.V. mounted on the wall. Grab a snack, the kitchen is only steps away!
The oversized kitchen is contemporary and equipped with upgraded appliances that will make preparing a meal (and cleaning up afterward!) easy. The kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances like a built-in wall oven, a stove top, and a stove hood. Impress your group with a home-cooked meal and enjoy it at the stunning dining room table. With seating for eight, the whole group can sit down together. A stunning chandelier hangs over the dining room table, making for a sophisticated dining experience.
Behind the stunning kitchen island bar and eight barstools is a gorgeous claw leg pool table. Not only is the pool table a fun accent piece in this home, it's also an easy way to have fun with your group without ever having to leave the home. Turn on the T.V. for some background music and play a game! A few steps away is a home bar area equipped with two coffee machines, and a small sink.
The sliding glass doors in the common area lead to an outdoor patio area. Looking for some sun? Hang out in the large grassy area--perfect for dogs and kids! Or, if you'd rather stay in the shade, enjoy an umbrella-covered outdoor dining table with seating for six. The best part: this home is equipped with an outdoor grill!
The first two bedrooms are located in the front of the home, while the second two bedrooms are in the back. The third bedroom features two full beds, closet space, and a T.V. The yellow accents in this bedroom make it cheery and fun. The ensuite bathroom is equipped with a shower/tub combo, a vanity, and additional closet space.
The fourth and final bedroom is right across from the third bedroom. It features a queen-size bed, a T.V., closet space, and another en suite bathroom. The en suite bathroom has a standing shower and tasteful decor. The bathroom door also leads to the backyard!
This home also features a practical laundry room with an upgraded washer/dryer and storage space. Outside of the laundry room is a garage with one parking space for guests (the other side is for owner use).
This home is equipped with cameras for safety. There are 2 cameras pointed at the driveway, 2 pointed at the backyard, and 2 cameras pointed at the front porch. The camera in the laundry room has been deactivated.

The Neighborhood:

Plantation, FL is a suburban area outside of Fort Lauderdale, conveniently located next to all of the Fort Lauderdale vacation essentials: airport, beach, and dining! This home is approximately 20 minutes away from Fort Lauderdale International Airport, 30 minutes away from Fort Lauderdale Beach, and 28 minutes from our favorite dining spot: Las Olas!
Las Olas Boulevard has a never-ending selection of great restaurants with eclectic menus. Louie Bossi's offers excellent Italian food and a beautiful, immersive atmosphere to enjoy with a big group or a date night! Looking for superior seafood with an upscale ambiance? Eddie V. Prime Seafood on Las Olas Blvd is the place to go. For a delicious breakfast with a Mexican twist, head over to Tinta on N. Fort Lauderdale Beach Blvd.
Fort Lauderdale Beach offers the idyllic South Florida experience with world-renown beaches and bars. The warm ocean water is calling your name! If you're looking for an adventure, Fort Lauderdale beach has several spots to rent jet skis, kayaks, surfboards, paddle boards, and snorkeling equipment!
Right on the water, you'll find a sea of eclectic bars to grab a drink or a quick bite to eat. Check out Bamboo Beach Tiki Bar and Cafe for a fun drink menu and local seafood and Elbo Room for a long-running bar with live music at nighttime. For smoothies and acai bowls, we love Myapapaya Kitchen + Juicery.
Closer to home, you'll find great parks and restaurants. Only 5 minutes away is Rae Carole Armstrong Liberty Tree Park, a great spot for kids with the open play area and playground, or for adults and groups with the walking trails and pavilions!

All guests must sign our rental agreement as mandated by Florida Law.

The minimum rental age is 25. A picture ID must be provided to the company no less than 72 hours before arrival.
An accurate guest count must be provided
No parties or events. If unauthorized persons are discovered on the premises, guests will be subject to additional fees and/or immediate eviction
Quiet time is from 10pm - 8am
No smoking or vaping. If evidence is discovered of either smoking or vaping, the guest will be subject to a fine of up to $1,000
This property is NOT pet friendly.
Please note that our vendors, landscaper and pool cleaner (If applicable), visit our homes at least twice a week for service. Our vendors will never enter the home and have permission to work outside.
If you have little ones we offer a Baby bundle: Pack-n-play with a thicker mattress & a high chair for $65 per stay. Baby bundles must be requested and paid 48 hours prior to your reservation start date.
Commercial vehicles may be approved by management. Please inquire if you would like to bring your commercial vehicle.
The property must be locked and secured when guests are not in it.

Mail:
Guests may not receive mail at this location or at our office. Any mail received will be RETURNED TO SENDER. We cannot accept responsibility for helping you to recover any lost mail or packages.

Cleanliness:

This property is not corporate-owned. It belongs to an individual, just like you. Please treat this home with the respect and courtesy it deserves and leave it in the same excellent condition as you found it.
We welcome quiet couples and families in all of our rentals. Please note that no parties of any size, events, or conferences are permitted in this property. If we discover that guests have violated this rule, we reserve the right to immediately evict all persons on the property and/or assess a fine.
If the property is left exceptionally dirty, such as perishable foods left in the kitchen, dirty dishes in the sink, furniture rearranged, or trash not taken out, we may assess an additional fee of up to $500.

Late Checkout:

Please note that check-out time is promptly at 10am. This is so that our housekeeping staff may prepare the property for the next guest. If you need additional time, contact us immediately and we'll try to accommodate you, though this cannot be guaranteed.
If you fail to check out by 10am, you will be charged half of the nightly rate for the property. Failure to vacate the property at the agreed-upon check-out time is considered trespassing.

Same-Day Bookings:

Same-day bookings with no past reviews are subject to additional scrutiny and require approval from the company. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay.
If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. Your phone number must match the phone number on your account or we will not be able to honor your reservation.
Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00pm. All same-day reservations require at least 3 hours before check-in. We may have to extend check-in time to later than 4:00pm.

Internet/Cable:

The company is not responsible for outages by Internet and Cable companies. While we regret the interruption and inconvenience, we have no control over internet or cable issues.
The same way these providers do not reimburse us for their equipment failures or outages, we cannot accept accountability or offer refunds or reimbursements to guests.

Copyright Infringement:

Absolutely no illegal downloads. We will charge $50 if discovered.

Starter Supplies:
We provide enough trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and other home items for about 3 days of use. Beyond that, it is the responsibility of the guest to replenish these items.

Lovely house, great location, responsive hosts
We had a wonderful time staying in this lovely spacious house. It is in a great quiet location in a safe-feeling neighbourhood with exceptional access to Sawgrass Mills nearby. The house was clean and well-equipped. The kids loved playing on the pool table. We had an issue getting into the property which was dealth with immediately by the very-responsive property manager.
