Located right in the heart of the highly desirable Cox Heights neighborhood this home is centrally located to everything? Just off the 101 at the E Thomas Rd exit just 10 minutes from Old Town, 15 minutes from the airport, and easy access to Scottsdale, Mesa and Tempe ballparks!

NOTE: Pool Heat is optional and requires a $75/night ($400/week) Pool Heat Fee. Payment & request must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival to ensure the pool will be heated at arrival.

We are DOG FRIENDLY! We do charge a pet deposit of $175 that is non-refundable. We have a 2 well-behaved dogs limit, but NO PUPPIES (under 1 year old). Sorry.

We have a ZERO TOLERANCE Party Policy. The City of Scottsdale takes noise disturbances very seriously and can result in fines & the removal of this listing from the various platforms.

Property is equipped with a Ring front-facing camera to monitor real occupancy and for disturbances & emergency situations only.

Properties include a NoiseAware noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels).
