Property is approximately a 30-minute drive from Gold Coast Airport or a 1-hour drive from Brisbane’s CBD.

- Please keep noise level to a minimum between 10pm and 8am for neighbours. Excessive noise could lead to an on-the-spot AUD $500 fine and/or eviction from the property.
- There is no on-site parking available, though there is paid street parking available along the beach or alternatively there is a paid secure parking 300m away (4min walk).
- Whilst this property is located within a hotel, it's managed externally by us. Therefore, the hotel services and amenities will not be applicable during your stay.

Overall the property was good and clean. But the downfall was this property has no carpark spot on the premise. There was misleading information on the website regarding parking as it only said parking Available. They need to be more specific. We had to park on the street or council public parking which we had to pay extra. Plus this was the busiest time which was difficult for us to find parking close to the hotel. For this reason we won’t be staying there again.

Amazing views and close to everything
We had the most amazing time! Amazing views and close to everything the beach is right across the road and we could see whales jumping in the water! Absolutely stunning property highly recommended!

Beautiful views and spacious, luxury apartment
Photos gave accurate expectations of the property. The views were stunning and the property was spacious and luxurious. Location just north and out of Surfers Paradise but right across from the beach. The only slight negative was that several appliances didn’t work including the kettle and most bedside lamps. The beds were double rather than queen (maybe that was in the property info but I didn’t expect that) so my husband’s feet hung over the foot of the bed. There was no direct sunlight into the apartment as it’s south- facing so that was a slight disadvantage, but we went out most of the time. The pool area was beautiful and well organised so we spent lots of time there. Overall a great property to stay in.
