No. 96 is a sunny single-level self-contained garden flat which is ideal for a short break away at a moderate cost. The flat is located behind the main residence with private access down the left side of the property. Please note, the owners do live on site and while happy to give guests all the space they need, are available should you require any assistance during your stay.

Comprising an open plan fully equipped kitchen & living area, one bedroom with queen bed, bathroom & laundry.

Reverse cycle air conditioning is provided for year-round comfort.

Bed linen & bath towels are supplied. Parking is on the street at the front of the property.

The village of Tuross Head offers pristine beaches & beautiful lakes for fishing, surfing & boating.

HOLIDAY ACCOMMODATION LICENCE AGREEMENT - upon booking confirmation you will receive an email containing a link to accept the terms of the Holiday Accommodation Licence Agreement. This document must be completed or the booking will cancel. Valid Australian ID is required.

REFUNDABLE GUEST SECURITY DEPOSIT - A refundable guest security deposit of $200.00 is payable.
•For bookings of 5 nights or less the deposit will be by way of card 'pre-authorisation' hold.
•For bookings of 6 nights or more the deposit is payable by way of Electronic Funds Transfer to our Real Estate Trust Account.
Security deposits will be refunded/released within 48 hours of departure unless withheld to cover any damages or losses.
• Please note, some 3rd party booking sites do handle security deposits on guests behalf - please let us know if you have any questions at all.
