Pushing open the front door, you’ll enter into a nice entryway, with closet space and spots for your sandals, to leave the summer sand outside and the fun indoors. Walking forward, you'll enter into a spacious living room, with ample seating options, wall-mounted TV, and numerous board game options. Straight through the living room, an enclosed sunroom awaits late night chats and early morning coffee. Access the home's stellar decks through the sunroom, wonderful outdoor options to take in the salt air. The upper deck has an outdoor dining table, while the lower deck has access to the backyard and a charcoal grill. Your furry friends will love the outdoor space, too!

Back indoors, located to the right of the living room, is the home's large open concept dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is complete with a beautiful backsplash and a center island with breakfast bar, while the dining room has a rustic wood table and exposed brick fireplace (note: fireplace is non-functioning).

Down the hall from the kitchen you'll find two of the home's four bedrooms, both separated by a stationary folding door. The first bedroom houses two twin beds, and the second has a queen bed. Upstairs, the home's remaining bedrooms can be found. To the left of the stairs is the home's primary suite, with queen size bed and sprawling ensuite bathroom with spacious shower, double vanity, and natural light pouring in from the skylight above. To the right of the stairs is the final bedroom, with a queen bed and rocking chair in the corner. 

Other amenities include a washer and dryer, almost 2,000 sq. ft. of living space, and an outdoor shower. There are few places on earth your pups will enjoy more than Cape Cod, and the never-ending natural beauty of Wellfleet is the perfect place to experience it all.
