Among peppermint trees, in a lush, parkland setting, luxury meets the ocean at Hidden Ocean Retreat. This luxury home is only a minutes stroll over lawn to a pristine beach. The space
This brand-new 3/4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home, offers luxury, comfort and peaceful vibes with quality fittings and Scandinavian styling.

A fully ducted heating and cooling system can be individually controlled from every room in the house.

The spacious first floor open plan dining, lounge and galley style kitchen, looks out over the outdoor alfresco area and beyond, to a lush parkland area scattered with shady peppermint trees. The parkland area provides the perfect space for children to play, all within view from the alfresco area. The parkland area and peppy trees is all that separates this amazing property from a beautiful, serene beach!

The covered alfresco area boasts its own outdoor kitchen with inbuilt BBQ, as well as a lounge and dining area. A permanent heating system in the alfresco area ensures uninterrupted outdoor gatherings, even on cooler evenings.

Back inside to the Scandinavian designed dining table, made from solid Australian Oak. Comfortably seating 9-10 people, with a choice of booth style seating running down one side of the table, or stylish dining chairs on the other.

Cosy up in front of the gas fireplace on ultra plush couches for a movie on the huge, 75 inch plasma TV.

The spacious kitchen is an entertainers dream. Fitted with next-level quality appliances, including two dishwashers, double fridge/freezer with water filter, induction hot plate, oven, Nespresso coffee pod machine and more! Everything you’ll need to make meal preparation a breeze.

Walk through the kitchen, into the separate laundry room to meet all of your clothes washing and drying needs.

Heading upstairs to the rumpus room where you can enjoy natural lighting, or star gazing, from two stunning skylights set in the high raked ceiling. A second 75 inch screen TV is wall mounted with the ability to be swivelled each direction for viewing from the cushy lounges, or the custom built queen bunks. This uniquely designed room gives the option for a fourth bedroom if required.

Three spacious bedrooms, all with private TV’s, huge wardrobes and stunning en-suite bathrooms, surround the rumpus room. Each bathroom has a heated towel rail and spacious showers with the ability to switch from regular to luxurious “rain” shower heads.
A free-standing bath awaits you in the master king bedroom en-suite.

Adjoining the main bedroom, the balcony with ocean views is the perfect spot for catching the sunshine with a good book, or a gin!

The double enclosed car garage ensures both convenience and peace of mind. Extra parking bays are only a few strides away from the house.

Guests have access to the entire house, except for a few locked storage cupboards.

Other things to note:

BYO Pool/ spa/ beach towels (additional fee to hire. Must be arranged with host at time of booking or at least 7 days in advance).

Construction for the house next door will commence in January 2024. The expected completion date is currently March/April 2025. Some trades will produce less noise than others, and there will be periods between trades when construction is on hold, however, the timing is out of our control.

The optional, 4th bedroom, is part of the rumpus room.

For safety reasons, no children under 5 years are permitted in the private spa. Older children must be supervised at all times.
The spa requires a scoopful of sanitiser to be added by guests after each use to keep the water quality safe & at its best. Full instructions are found in the guest handbook kept at the property.

A maximum of 6 adults per booking (8 guests in total, including adults and children). There is the possibility of 1-2 more children, in certain situations, by pre-arrangement only. Approval is not guaranteed and must be obtained by host prior to booking.

Wyndham Resorts, Toby’s restaurant, is open 7 nights a week for dinner. Breakfast is available weekends only.
We recommend booking in advance.

Stunning Beachside Property
Absolutely stunning property!! Amenities fantastic, the spa and outdoor area was lovely. Beautiful kitchen with everything you need. Comfy beds, high quality linen, towels were luxurious towels and the hand soaps throughout the home were lovely. Short drive to Dunsborough. Beach was lovely. Highly recommend this stunning property.

Almost Faultless
This place is amazing! Meticulously clean. The beds are comfy with laundered linen. Each bedroom has it's own ensuite and a large wall mounted TV in each room which I haven't seen done before. The kids loved watching tv in bed! The furniture and decor were all great except the sofas. Bit of a shame and something definitely worth replacing as they were very uncomfortable and felt dirty. Everything else was sparkling, well decorated and felt luxurious including the cutlery. The washer/dryer were brand new and it even had two dishwashers which proved useful for large loads. We did find it a little far from things, particularly for bringing home takeaway. Almost halfway between Busselton and Dunsborough. The kids LOVED playing on the tennis court and there's a good grassed area behind the backyard for kids to run and play if they want. The area was peaceful and the neighbours were quiet. Only wished they had blockout curtains downstairs as we felt a bit exposed in the evening. The gas fireplace was amazing. Could turn on and off with one button and heated the place quickly. The reverse cycle air con was also very good and easy to operate. The rumpus room bunks upstairs looked gorgeous but I had an anxious sleep worried the kids would fall out as there was no side rail. Only other issue was that each room had a sliding door which can be a little noisy when others are sleeping. Would love to see some hand towel rails and larger towel rails. Highly recommend!

Luxury in a great location
We're so glad we found this property listing. The description and photos are very accurate and it's a beautiful new home. Everything you possibly need for a lovely holiday, whether you're relaxing in the amazing spa, enjoying the beach just behind the trees or playing games around the table. The layout of the house is great and the bathrooms are amazing! Definitely makes it good for groups of friends, not just families to stay. We went as a family of three with an adult daughter. The bedrooms are big and have plenty of storage and each have their own tv and ensuite. The bed in the master bedroom (with the balcony) is very firm so not ideal for those with a bad back but our daughter slept well in her bed. The bedside tables look fabulous but unfortunately smell quite strongly of smoke; we've mentioned this to the manager and hopefully they can find something to resolve that. The spa is heavenly and the fact it uses natural products is fabulous. We spent many hours relaxing and chatting in it - it was definitely a highlight of the property! Chelsea the manager was lovely to deal with and quickly dealt with a minor issue for us. Checkin was a breeze and the ability to park in the garage was very helpful. Marybrook is in a great spot, only about 10 minutes to Dunsborough and the same to Busselton. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a special holiday getaway.
