You can hang out in the lobby and have fresh pastries and a cup of nitro brew for most of the day, or you can go to the courtyard and hang with your friends and fur babies while soaking up the fresh air. You can even have the resort feel at the rooftop pool while you enjoy the sun rise or the sun set against the cities skyline. Upon entering the home you will find a spacious and comfortable open floor plan where the kitchen, living room and eating space flow together and take your eyes to the floor to ceiling windows that will show you just how beautiful nature and the city can collide! The living room will provide a soft couch with a sofa-bed and the full size kitchen black stainless steal appliances making the finishes sleek. The master bedroom has a king size bed, Flat screen TV, and it's very spacious opening to the balcony. From the 26th floor balcony you will have city views along with a beautiful view of Ladybird Lake aka Lake Austin! The bathroom has a walk-in shower and two vanities. A full size Washer and Dryer is also available inside the apartment. The building has some other great amenities, such as Gym, a club house and a dog park.
The Neighborhood:
The Rainey Street Historic District is a street of historic homes, many of the bungalow style, in downtown Austin, Texas. Rainey Street is positioned near Lady Bird Lake and Interstate 35 in the southeast corner of downtown.
