Our stylish, mini beach home is located in the new Oakford Estate on Tabernacle Road in Encounter Bay. The three-bedroom, two-bathroom space can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests, offering the perfect refuge for a group to relax, recharge, and enjoy a laid-back holiday.

The cozy, newly built house is set just a quick, flat walk away from the beach and blue waters of the bay. It is also conveniently located within walking distance to numerous parks and cafes.. Whether you want to spend your holiday lounging on the beach and enjoying outdoor activities, or simply resting and relaxing at home, this is the perfect location for all that and more.

The house is elegantly decorated with plush furnishings. If you enjoy zen-like, peaceful spaces where you can clear your mind and relax, this is the perfect vacation rental choice for you.

Gather in the spacious, air-conditioned living room on the comfortable couches for group movie nights. Or sit in the ambient outdoor seating area on the back terrace surrounded by plants. This private outdoor seating area is perfect for enjoying your morning cup of coffee or your evening meals. Stay connected with the high-speed Wi-Fi connection, which boasts a strong signal in every room of the house. The network name and password will be provided upon check-in.

The kitchen is available at your disposal to prepare meals throughout your stay. You’ll find a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, a stove top, a fridge, a coffee maker, a toaster. Enjoy your breakfast and morning coffee at the breakfast bar in the kitchen, and gather around the dining room table in the evenings for dinner.

Catch up on your beauty sleep in the three bedrooms, which each boast ultra-comfortable mattresses, high-quality bedding, and stylish decor. If you’ll be staying in the master bedroom, you’ll get to enjoy the chrome cast TV. All bedrooms come with ceiling fans.

Unlike other holiday houses, we happily provide our guests with all linens and bedding. Bathrooms are stocked with bath towels, a bathmat, shampoo, soap, and a hairdryer. There is also a separate laundry room with a washing machine, a clothes dryer, laundry powder, where you can wash your clothes. This is all included within the cleaning fee – this way, you can arrive and unwind stress-free. We hope this little addition makes your vacation more enjoyable.

For parking the is a single car driveway and street parking as well.

Unfortunately, we cannot allow pets, so please leave your furry friends at home.

Our house is located in a quiet residential area, so we kindly ask guests to be mindful of noise levels. Parties and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. Please note that our are does not allow the parking of boats and caravans in the driveway or out the front.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a quiet place, perfect to relax and enjoy, so please no loud noise & no parties. Quiet Hours are between: 11PM and 8AM. We are in constant contact with the surrounding neighbors who will let us know if there is any disturbances.

NO SMOKING: Strictly NO smoking inside, on the balcony or in any outside areas.

PENALTIES: If any damage is caused, smoking takes place or there is evidence of a party there will be a $500 penalty plus we will request the repair costs plus the extra cleaning costs. Please respect these rules.
