Open plan living with a gas fireplace and large deck. Loft Bach- Kiwakiwa is well appointed with PlayStation 4, Chromecast and a Bluetooth speaker. Large flat screen TV with Freeview TV. Free Wi-Fi connection and Nespresso coffee machine.
The apartment has 3 spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub. All bedrooms have individual panel heaters. There's a King bed in the master bedroom , a Queen bed in the second bedroom, and 2 Single beds in the third bedroom (that can be joint as a King bed).

The apartment is located on the middle level of the apartment complex with mountain views. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen, laundry and covered car park and ski/snowboard racks/storage. Port-a-cots and highchairs are also available. Spacious deck has an outdoor dining table with full BBQ facilities. A great spot for your holiday break or business trip in Queenstown - all year round!
For larger groups or extended families traveling together we also have Loft Bach-Karo available which is located in the same apartment complex - Please enquire.
Guest(s) making a booking must be over 25 years of age. Additionally, all guests who are unaccompanied by a parent or guardian must also be over 25 years of age. We reserve the right at any stage to request photo identification from guests.
DAMAGES /NEGLIGENCE
We accept that breakages and accidents do happen, the person who made the booking is responsible to report any breakage to Harcourts Property Management and Rentals. Damage to the property and / or its furnishings caused by negligence will result in the cost being on-charged to the guest who made the booking.
NO SMOKING POLICY
There is a no smoking policy in all our holiday homes inside and outside.
PETS
No pets are allowed in any of our holiday homes.
SERVICE FEE
Our holiday homes must be left in a clean and tidy condition upon departure. Should the home require excessive cleaning over and above what is deemed reasonable, a charge of $35.00 plus GST per hour will be on-charged to the guest who made the booking. This includes but not limited to doing dishes, pots and pans, removal of rubbish, cleaning the oven after use and the BBQ. We also ask that guests do not move furniture around in the homes. If furniture is moved and not put back in the correct placement guests will be charged $35.00 plus GST per hour for the correct placement of the furniture items on check-out.
HOLIDAY HOME STANDARDS AND GENERAL TERMS
All our properties are privately owned homes and apartments. Each property is the personal taste of the owner.
We ask that guests staying in apartments please do not hang clothes, beach towels over the balconies and that drying racks are also not put outside or on the decks and balconies, this is a general rule in many of the apartment complexes.
The only consumables in our holiday homes on arrival are toilet paper and soap (sufficient for one stay day) The condiments, spices etc in the pantry cupboard are for your use but are not intentionally provided. Feel free to use what you need but it would be appreciated if you could replace or leave something similar when you leave.
