Delightfully located just a short stroll to King William Road boutique shopping and restaurants. The Tram stop is just up the road, along with the Adelaide Showgrounds, the weekly Farmers Market and the Adelaide Parklands Belt. Adelaide Oval, the Central Markets and all the CBD offerings are also close at hand! Famous Glenelg Beach and Jetty Road are only 20mins away on the tram.
The well-equipped space offers everything you’ll need for a relaxing holiday. Embrace indoor-outdoor living from the charming, well-designed interior, which opens up to a leafy and verdant back garden and patio area with al fresco dining.
Enjoy movie nights in the airy living room which boasts a comfortable L-shaped couch, a smart TV, and oversized windows with garden views. Sip on your morning cup of coffee surrounded by green plants on the private back patio.
The kitchen boasts all the essential utensils you’ll need to prepare meals and drinks throughout your stay. You’ll find a dishwasher, oven, stove top, coffee maker, pots, pans, utensils, and more available at your disposal. Gather around the dining room table for meals or enjoy them al fresco-style on the back patio.
Rest easily in the spacious bedrooms, which boast plush bedding, sophisticated decor, and ultra-comfortable mattresses. The master bedroom is fitted with a king bed, while the second bedroom is equipped with a snug queen.
Unlike other holiday houses, we happily provide our guests with all the linens and bedding. Bathrooms are stocked with bath towels, a bathmat, soap, and there is a hairdryer. There is also a separate laundry room with a washing machine, a clothes dryer, laundry powder, and an ironing board where you can wash your clothes. This is all included within the cleaning fee – this way, you can arrive and unwind stress-free. We hope this little addition makes your vacation more enjoyable.
For parking, there is space for one vehicle. Unfortunately, we cannot allow pets, so please leave your furry friends at home.
Our house is located in a quiet residential area, so we kindly ask guests to be mindful of noise levels. Parties and excessive noise are strictly prohibited.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a mixed building including permanent residences,, so please no loud noise & no parties. Quiet Hours are between: 11PM and 8AM. We are in constant contact with the surrounding neighbour's who will let us know if there are any disturbances.
NO SMOKING: Strictly NO smoking inside, on the balcony or in any outside areas.
PENALTIES: If any damage is caused, smoking takes place or there is evidence of a party there will be a $500 penalty plus we will request the repair costs plus the extra cleaning costs. Please respect these rules.
