The kitchen of your dreams awaits you with custom concrete countertops, a one-of-a-kind island, the Homestake Ore Shaft range hood and a hidden walk-in pantry. Enjoy the main floor with the Master bedroom and bathroom with heated floors, second bedroom, full bathroom, and Laundry Room. The basement offers a large living space, three bedrooms, an office/non-conforming 6th room, and full bathroom. After passing through the massive mud room, you will enter the fully-finished, three stall, heated garage. As you view the homes exterior you will notice the grand, covered patio (also supported by the historic Homestake beams and bolts), with a luxurious jacuzzi hot-tub. -Parking Rules: Free Parking. 4-Wheel Drive is Mandatory during Winter Months


-Check-in time: 4:00PM. Check-out time: 10:00AM

-Early check-in/late checkout may be granted depending on availability with an additional cost.

In the months of October and November, it is the breeding season for flies. You may notice a higher number of both dead and living flies. Please note that this is a common occurrence in the mountain area of Black Hills during this season.
