Escape to sunny Fort Lauderdale for a relaxing stay at the beautiful, newly re-modeled WATERFRONT vacation home, Casa Sunset. Spend your days lounging by the beautiful, heated saltwater pool equipped with plenty of lounge chairs. The pool has a sun-ledge/splash pad for kids with an umbrella for shade. Enjoy fishing off of the dock (poles and tackle included) while watching the beautiful sunset over the swaying palm trees. Relax with a glass of wine from the wine cooler on the 40' covered back patio with ceiling fans. Enjoy preparing a home-cooked meal on the BBQ grill or in the fully equipped gourmet kitchen. 


This home is centrally located in the desirable Imperial Point neighborhood and is located 7 minutes from Lauderdale-by-the-Sea beach and bustling Ocean Blvd with a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. It is also located minutes away from local breweries, golf courses, Harrah's Casino, Port Everglades, the Hard Rock, and the Drive Pink Inter Miami (DRV PNK) soccer stadium. The home sits on a quiet canal with Intracoastal access (fixed bridge) and has a 30' dock. If you are seeking adventure, there are kayak and paddleboard rentals available, and they deliver to the house. 


Just inside, you will find a spacious open floor plan with a beautiful view of the waterway and plenty of natural light. There is plenty of seating at the 10' island or around the 8-seat dining room table. Relax on the comfortable reclining sectional in front of the 75" TV. There are 4 bedrooms; 3 of which have on-suite bathrooms. The main bedroom has a king size bed, a 60" TV, double sink vanity and a large all-marble shower. Bedroom #2 has a king size bed, 55" TV, and is equipped with a desk for those taking a working vacation. The on-suite bathroom has a tub and is also accessible from the living room. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed, a TV, and the on-suite cabana bathroom has a beautiful designer shower that will make you feel like you are at the spa. This bathroom provides direct access to the pool and backyard.  Bedroom #4 has a queen size bed with a full-size trundle bed and can comfortably sleep 2 adults and 2 children. If you have little ones, a crib and high chair are available on request. 


***NO PARTIES ALLOWED***The Fort Lauderdale city noise ordinance is strictly enforced. Ring doorbell camera on front door. The property is child and pet friendly, however the pool does not have a child fence around it. Please watch your children at all times.

*Pets have a 30 lb. limit. Must clean up pet waste from yard prior to departure or an additional $50 charge will apply.


*$90 pool heater fee. Must request 48 hours in advance as heater takes a while to adjust to desired temp.
